While its popularity was overshadowed by his next operas: Rigoletto, Il Travatore, and La Traviata, this thrilling work is filled with Verdi’s characteristic melodies, rhythms, virtuosic vocal lines, choruses, and large orchestral score.

¡Fantastic voice! José, what's in a name? If I were you I would just call myself José Romero. It has better cling to it. And don't forget the acento over the e on José. Carreras never did.
