Making this right now! I miss Korean fried chicken since we returned back to the states. I am super excited to make it with cauliflower instead of chicken. Thanks so much!

Same. Really, it's always the sauce that makes the 'meat' dish so using it on veg is just as good - better actually because the veg takes on whatever sauce you put to it.

I am subscribing because of your honesty about cauliflower, because your recipe is waaay easier than the last one I tried and it looks yummier too.

I recently had something like this at a buffet. I thought it was chicken, but then I bit into it.
I was surprised, but not disappointed, because I went to refill my place three times. Definitely trying it! :)

i just made this at home and it tastes great ! However, the sauce was really runny so a lot of the flavour didnt stay on the cauliflower. Is it supposed to be runny, or more like a syrup consistency???
Also, what should i add or change in order to help with this

+amdg+ am so thrilled for a vegan channel featuring Asian dishes, have been binge watching some of your earlier videos and noticed that you have been featuring vegan recipes only quite recently - excitedly looking forward to your posts! BTW you look a lot less bloated in your videos lately, wondering if your new vegan diet has anything to do with it?
