Mate I bought some1 inch diameter PVC pipe and poured hot sand from an oven into the PVC and put the end caps on and shaped it in a jig that I made up. Once the sand cools the pipe retains the shape that you set. I cut it in the middle and them used PVC connector to join both half’s together when setting it up in the Big Daddy Deluxe Swag. No no more drooping from the sides. It’s simple , easy , strong and easily comes apart and takes up little space in the 4wd or trailer.

@Gonebushaus I took it back today and got a replacement, all is cool as a cucumber, apparently I bought the only 2 defective ones hahaha just my bloody luck

That’s ok mate yea know the feeling you get all that space inside and have so much taken by the dam doors sag
I use two bungee cords from the end tent peg to each side of the half hoops on each side , pulls all the sag right out
That’s an idea will have to give that a try
The pole along the top I went and bought another two poles. I got the canvas people too put eyelets in both ends and no sag at all
Have heard a number of people mention that hack sounds like worth a try also
My Mrs got her earring caught doing this at 1 in morning CRICKY though the bloody Yowie got her mate 😳🤣🤣🤣
