    Out of all the different ideas to take out the sag, this is the best one. Good one mate...

    Nice to see a simple solution to fix this issue

    Some people use a pool noodle on the inside but a better option is a piece of water/irrigation hose cut to size. Its 1/5th the width of a noodle and if you cut it in the middle and use a joiner you can easy fit it inside the bag when you roll it up.

    So you've used 4 of the double guy ropes and 2 steel pegs?
    Seen lots of vids on rectifying the sag, this is a new one, works really well just don't trip over all the ropes lol.
    Thanks.

      Hey Steve. Just 1 double guy rope per side. 2 steel pegs per side. One to hold the window zip cover open (not too much tension on this one) and one storm peg to peg the double guy rope out farther. This puts the tension on the sides and reduces the sag.

    Great fix, thank you.
    Can you tell us what guy ropes you bought please?

    The amount of blokes complaining about the sag in the swag is unreal it is a swag not a tent I have a kings swag and it doesn't bother me at all so in my opinion go to a tent

    • @samhaveaguess4284
      @samhaveaguess4284 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sort of agree .. But it's only the kings swag that seems to have this issue .. They also leak like a sieve in a downpour.. So there cheap but need all sorts of repairs before use ..

      @@samhaveaguess4284 the sag doesn't bother me and mine hasn't leaked at all but I always season my swags in the bath tub under wster ova night then dried

    • @samhaveaguess4284
      @samhaveaguess4284 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@greggoodwin2445 They leak where the canvas meant the poly base .. There are stitch holes there every where .. I season mine the same .. But you cant season stitch hole in plastic .. You obviously either have not been in a downpour or you put your swag under cover wich is a popular practice now days . People buy a swag then scared to get it wet .. The sag is bearable when your on your own .. But when you have 2 people in there you need all the room you can get .. Hence buying the big daddy in the first place ..

    Inside still looks horrible, especially at the edges of the mattress where it meets the walls. Always sags and your body touches it at night . Not good when its cold or wet. Need a better fix or even a re-design

    This is NOT a swag...it is a tent!! Swags are a sheet of canvas with a zip along the bottom and up the sides, with a 75 mm matress inside..absolutely false advertising!!
