Okay here's how i think a spamton level might go
Present: Cyber City in the background with various enemies and dumpsters being the level's gimmick, either flinging sonic to a higher path or containing an item box of some kind.
Past: Cyber City again, but with big billboards in the background for spamton. The dumpsters are probably redrawn to have different contents, with the present having spamton products and the past having various items you can buy.
Good Future: The background is a sprawling Cyber City with many residents and advertisements, some being for spamton with a majority being for sonic. Sometimes Spamton is advertising a Sega CD/Genesis. The Dark Fountain is in the front and centre of the background, though.
Bad Future: A defunct Cyber City in the background with strings holding many things. Instead of the enemies for the other versions, this level has only mini-spamtons that come out of pop-up windows and throw pipis at Sonic. If you look closely, there are many specks of a light-ish blue on the BG where the denizens would be.
Boss: This actually depends on if you got Good/Bad Future.
Good Future Boss: Queen in a mech that tries to crush Sonic with her fists and could be climbed up like the Generations Death Egg Robot or the DER in Mania Green Hill.
Bad Future Boss: it'd be Spamton NEO who tries to shoot sonic with his pipis cannon while summoning mini-spamtons you have to hit back at him, like Mania's Studiopolis boss.

I downloaded them from some random comment section, every sample was its own audio file. Though, you can download a Sonic CD .sf2 online if you just search for it.
