I'm not an agressive person at all,i'm calm mostly and a people pleaser but i have so much pent up anger and bitterness at people who have treated me wrong and cant seem to settle boundaries without feeling mean or being gashlighted into being "crazy". When i do express it,people dont seem to care,so i rather stay angry inside to not be alone. i feel as if i always have to be perfect and considerate and all of that for people to invite me to things but i'm so hurt inside. They make me feel as if i'm overly emotional for asking about some reasonable in my opinion levels of basic respect towards me. So i turn all my anger against me. It's like i'm rolling around in anger and screaming on the inside because i dont know where to release it without ruining that perfect, little "good girl" image. i;m so tired

(Writing under my husband’s name)… I’m not an aggressive person either, but… when I get angry I can be terribly rude and obnoxious. a) my poor husband. But mostly-in public settings - I get set off by inconsiderateness of others. It’s tough living around large populations and not being able to handle inconsiderateness, which builds and builds till I let loose on somebody. I’ve been working on it for years and have gotten better and I hate to go through life apologizing all the time, and I have had a couple friends cut me off. Unless you learn to believe how to forgive yourself for having to deal with that emotion and then work through it, it won’t get better. For me, I don’t need a lot of friends and am introverted so I can keep to myself for long periods. But when I do go out, I want to be carefree and light. I’m old. I don’t give a damn much anymore. I enjoy simple things and don’t worry too much about missing out on anything. I’m always blown away by caring and considerate people that now show up all around me at anytime and am acknowledging them more and ignoring the others better. -Kathy

Same. It hits different when your mother is the one telling you “you’re too emotional, too sensitive” and you were made to believe emotions are not part of life. The only occasion to cry or be upset is when someone died and even that would not be allowed after the loved one has been buried. Pretty tough but doing somatic exercises now to release grief and anger.

Seeking out professional support can help identify the root cause of the irritability.
When really upset, ask yourself the question, what am I really sad about?
When taking time to reflect, especially with The Holy Spirit, you will realize that there may be an area in your life that you may be mourning or suppressing, that is coming out in anger outbursts!
Blessings! Praying for peace in Jesus Christ Name!

My anger has gotten worse for the past couple of months, I am normally quiet because I've been taught that I can't be angry, I was never allowed to express it. Everyone else was allowed to do, say and treat me however they wanted but I was expected to be the mature one, even as a child, even when my mother would tell me I was good for nothing. I always had to balance everyone and I'm just so tired. I just want peace.

I have been told that I'm such a nice guy and kind and am very honest. But I'm also mad, I wake up pissed off.
What makes me mad is "stupidity" in people.
It's like, at times, I'm running faster mentally than everyone around me.
I have to repeat myself all the time.
It angers me when I can't get things planned. I am a scheduler, I need everything planned and set up in time management, and I get more anger when I'm ever late.

It used to be very difficult to tick me off but it's rapidly becoming easier lately. I think mine is stress related. I found that in order to be socially accepted as a man, you can't show weakness by whining about something, or acting like a victim when you're stressed, so anger really is the only option to "vent"

I do have negative thoughts, self hatred, a d hidden anger from severe childhood trauma, bullying, religious abuse, betrayal, loss, and many deaths of my loved ones. This has affected my relationship with God. Even though I like my trauma therapist alot I need a Christian therapist that deals with trauma and mental illness so my faith in God and hope in life can be restored. I will keep praying and searching for one.

Literally cried the whole video because you seem to know exactly what I am dealing with. Just started going to therapy and it’s been helping.
I am always irritable I can be sooo irritated at people and I don’t even know why!!! The next minute I’m good the next I’m not. I just want to get to the root of it and be happy! I am going to start journaling about my feelings. I do journal a lot but not about my anger. People say I am so nice and so calm and chill. I also believe in being honest. I come off very blunt and I can not stand liars once some lies to me it become very hard to trust again and to even be around them I don’t look at them the same. That’s why I tell anyone who’s around me be honest with me because I am such an understanding person I don’t judge you can come talk to me about anything and your secret is safe with me I promise. So when others lie it really hurts. Anyways, I don’t mean to rumble but thank you!

If you have repressed or dissociated anger like me my experience with these anger flare ups as you sound like you have is simply something inside you has knocked up against something suppressed. This is normal as you start to heal your anger. You may find a million things in 1 day your anger flares then recedes on the positive thing here first off is you're sensing that anger flare that's good this doesn't mean something is wrong with you this means your in a place now in your body system you can start to decode it!
Notice what is making if flare up some like to call this state triggered yet IMO it's not always instant sometimes it's slow and painful so there fore just take note nothing more at first if you can see a pattern for instance: Every time I put out the garbage my anger shows up this is great!
Now after bit of time noticing now self question. You don't want to shame, blame, accuse, excuse, or deflect. You have anger when you take out the trash let this statement just be. You don't have to befriend it, fall in love with it, advocate for it, deny it, suppress it, or make it or you wrong it's a feeling. Feelings are normal humans have them anger is apart of that & those feelings. Anger is a symptom it can mean several things usually yet you can also have it rarely come up as a wild card. Yet violation of boundary, expectations, past hurts, a part of you hates the x in question, a defender part of you has come online in this case the trash is the activator yet it also may have nothing to do with the trash per say.
So you're ready to gently allow the emotion of anger to be ask it why in curiosity. Why does it come when you take out the trash? You want to over time see if you can feel that feeling then ask when was the last time you felt this same anger go back into your mind and feelings and feel it out say the next time back you can trace the trash anger to is when you where a teenager and you felt forced to give your gf a promise ring that anger is the same anger you feel when you take out the trash now. If your ready to probe further ask again when else did you feel this same exact anger? Now you go back to when you were 8 and you were forced to rehome your dog you loved but your father did not. Now you can see if you've got one more if you don't and 8 is where the anger stays ask is this your own or is this inherited cuz you can have one or the other or both!
What is inherited? Inherited means its coming from another for instance if you absorbed the anger of your father here over the dog you took on his childhood anger from him having to put up with things he didn't want in his environment say his home was a horder home he had to put up with floor to ceiling death trap walls of stuff that wasn't his, rats, and ill conditions so as to protect his father from legal actions & prevent himself from being taken away from the only life he knew. this self protection was a aid and harm to your father yet the dog when you were 8 he couldn't stand as it slobbered and shit everywhere and he couldn't take it. If it's not your anger you can release it.
A good way & an easy way to do this is to get the Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson his Q&A style is the most important part you can either keep the magnets or as I don't use the magnets & can tell you it releases for me via asking the angels to remove & heal the trapped emotions this is an adaptable system so if you don't want to use the magnets ask whomever you wish god, angels, your higherself, it doesn't hurt to do the ask method before magnets yet the book does detail what to do & what precautions to take. With inherited emotions you may also have ancestor inherited & this is vauge all you know is you inherited their anger these folks are super dead meaning you can't ask for details unless you're a medium yourself yet you don't have to! Just acknowledge it's from them acknowledge to your ancestors that whatever happened in their lives caused them to hold onto that anger and pass it to you, thank them for doing this, tell them you forgive them, if needed tell them you empathize with them, do not take any of this personally tell them these things for it loosens the hold the energy has on you then either ask for the inherited trapped energy to be removed or do the magnets if your doing emotion code method OG now it's gone. The energy just wants understanding & acknowledgement in alot of cases it doesn't need you to go into details!
If it's your own you've already traced it to your 8 year old self over the dog rehoming. If you want to do more you can but you don't have to! Release it via what I said before. If you think you need to talk to the 8 year old you can do the samething acknowledge his hurt, empathize with him "I empathize with you, this hurt you so much!" You don't need details, thank him for holding onto it so you can both heal it now! if you want you can ask him if after you both heal this will he be ready to integrate with you? If yes he will if no don't force him just let him be he's not ready yet, let him know you forgive him in general or for trapping the anger in you, if you feel drawn to say more you can, you can even ask him if he's ready to let this anger go if so proceed to release emotions as stated prior same thing ask or magnets.
You can also do the feel method as some emotions need to be felt there are many people on youtube who speak on this but breathing helps, you need undivided you time no distractions they say it takes 20 min but I've spent 2 hours walking the energy out of my body at points! So it can be awhile.
You can also do talk therapy, go get some energy healing & clearing done, do HZ & binaural beats while you sleep for the issues you have like: HZ heal anger sleep, this is put on vol 1 on a device while you sleep you do not need to hear it while you sleep your body will pick it up at that level or less and begin the process of healing you! This doesn't mean avoid doing any Q&A however cuz at somepoint you have to at somepoint the HZ loosens it all it can just like energy work does yet you still need to know yourself some parts need Q&A and other integration methods there is no one size, one and done method for emotional healing you'll work out what you need eventually, you can also try breathing release work but this can really bring emotions up make you cry make you do alot of stuff this is not beginner work, and of course shadow work is also a tool as well. In addition to just coming to vlogs here that will have someone expressing their POVs, their emotions, like the extherapsit youtuber: Daniel Mackler his vids are so valuable to see/hear pain & also what he did to help himself, you may also like some methods from jimhimself or the royal we.
You'll eventually go into looking into your past history and what you truly felt, what emotionally happened to you as well and then later on how you harmed others so you can acknowledge this aspect so you can end the repeat of the pattern if you ignore it then you'll keep doing the pattern gently understanding this will aid you to stop the pattern yet this is way way later in recovery I've only gone into bits of this right now yet with all the content I'm looking at and trying to implement this is apart of it as well it's like the last step so the whole idea is you'll be able to go through all your layers as life goes on to heal new hurts immediately, to see patterns or behaviors your doing and decide is it serving or not and why, ect it allows for faster processing yet while you're living life at the sametime you won't have to keep doing all the pausing it will be rapid in the moment like animals do they run into trauma insta process and are back at life in 30 seconds back to baseline.

I have a question. Is it fair for me to be angry with my boss for *secretly* having a disrespectful perspective of me? She expressed herself at a hypnotist show. See, the hypnotist asked the participants to explain a complex philosophy they each have, and my boss talked about intelligence and hard work. She said she didn't believe that everyone was smart; that only certain people were while others were unintelligent. She also said that hard work does not always make people smart. She used my name as an example. She said some people were smart and hardworking, and thus were successful, e.g., in school. Some were smart but lazy and thus didn't manage what they _could've._ And finally that some people were hardworking...but not smart. She referenced me. She talked about how I was a slow learner at work, got things mixed up, and couldn't seem to do anything right alone. How she didn't think I could manage one-person shifts without someone to guide me. Especially after the time I set a wedding reception with black linens, not white, the official/usual color (though in my defense, black linens were used for *most other* events, so thus it was a natural psychological error.) She mentioned how I didn't have a driver's license and still lived at home with my boss in my late twenties.
The hypnotist, who seemed surprised by her comments, said, "So just to clarify, you don't think he has much honor or dignity in him? That his loyalty, hard work, and diligence is *_all_* he's got going for him? Just choices, no skills or brains?" And to my dismay, my boss said, "Yes, exactly." That hurt so much. So...do I have a right to be mad at her? She didn't say this consciously, let alone to my face, but she thinks that way. Even in private, I think that's disrespectful and shameless. Do you, guys?

I'm not aggressive nor mean, I'm realizing listening to your video, that I have never had the opportunity to let the person who hurt me so deeply, I've never had the opportunity to let him know exactly what he put me through and how his actions effected and impacted my life. ? Maybe if I write him a letter, some of this anger will leave me? I just thought about this issue while making breakfast and not sure what brought it to mind ?

I have noticed this certain type of anger about myself. I don't start trouble with anyone; I do defend myself, I do speak straightforward tactfully; though many do not handle it well. I am not always angry. In fact, it takes time for me to get annoyed and angry. But once I am angry, that person receives sharp but true words and can receive cannons depending on the incident, the person, their spirit, their intent, etc.
Then, there are times when another or even the same person can do the same action but I will hear the Holy Spirit directly me what to say to the person. This latter, I would say happens most and when anger is not present.
G-d and how He works...is amazing. I accepted life in Jesus Christ at 9 yrs of age. I have recently asked YHWH about this during self-examination and asked why. Where does this streak come from, what is it stemming from and what is really the source? I have worked past the rage of being abused as a child in every way except one since I was a teenager, with Yahweh's counseling; and continue moving forward to today and beyond. Though, the rage left long long ago; I was a young adult. Your video came across today and I'm ready to address this area. Thank you and continued blessings to you🙏🏽

I am sorry you are experiencing anger to the point that you hit your head and face. Please try to find a way to channel your anger. Write down everything you are feeling, no matter how bad it sounds. Then, read it, pray about it, and burn it; release it to God and ask him to heal you.
He can help you but it will be a process. If you can, also see a therapist. If not, listen to videos like this one to help you cope.
Maybe start a thankfulness journal where you write down something positive every day. Even if it's only one thing, they will add up and hopefully fill you with joy and peace.
I will pray for you. I wish you health, peace, love, and prosperity in all areas of your life.
      I hope this helps! ❤

You could be on the autism spectrum like myself. You should look into autism, pda autism if you then believe you are on the spectrum well then it's working out what your traits and triggers are it is highly likely if you are on the spectrum you may not even notice theses triggers and traits so research as much as possible write all theses traits and triggers down to try and navigate life.

I feel so much anger when the kids I cut in my salon are manipulating their parents and try to manipulate as well and then the parents undermine my authority.
What can I do in these situations?
For example kids who say I hurt them while I am not even touching them and they play pitty party to make me stop the haircut.

    • @plasticlifee
      @plasticlifee 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

Man up and realize they are kids. That’s what you can do.

    • @kenelskenels8573
      @kenelskenels8573 วันที่ผ่านมา

A lot of kids are Autistic (and often, some are undiagnosed). I don't understand how they feel pain from this, but I've read it's actually possible. There are kids who feel pain from unfamiliar sensations like haircut clippers. My son is one of them, so I did my best with scissors while cutting his hair for most of his childhood. He's an adult now and is OK with clippers. I let it be his choice when we started using them, as certain styles can only be created with clippers. That's something to consider explaining (or having the parents explain) to the child. Afterall, kids tend to be focused on their image at younger ages nowadays. So maybe it could help change their mind, and they'll let you continue the haircut.
When parents OK stopping the haircut, I wouldn't see it as undermining your authority, as you're there providing a service. Your understanding and kindness will go a long way in the situation, as most parents feel bad for taking up your time. And they don't like the situation either, because they now have to figure out what else they can do to get their problem solved (a kid with messy, overgrown hair).
Maybe start with asking the parents questions. I'd like to think most customers know ahead of time that their kid is sensitive. But for the kids who are younger (or even older ones who aren't familiar with clippers), you could show them to them ahead of time. Maybe turn the clippers around and let the child feel the handle vibrate on their arm, hand, or leg - just to get them familiar with it before starting.
I totally understand the frustration of customers changing their mind (or, in this case a customer's kid). I can see how that would affect you in the situation. If it was me I'd take a deep breath and try to be gracious. Kids can be finicky and it's OK. I realize there are parents who would want to continue on and get it over with despite the complaining and tears. I mean, we know it's fine and nothing harmful is actually happening. But on the other hand, it's really sad to bully a child into sitting through something they're not comfortable with. We should all be respected, no matter what age we are. And, as I mentioned earlier, the child could have special needs. All the more reason to relax and not force things.
With patience and understanding, most situations can be resolved in a way that makes everyone feel peaceful. Wishing you luck!

    There is another way
One does not have to control, suppress, or manage anger or identity with it.
    Anger doesn't exist without judgment.
The other way is to choose to face and let go of The and All judgment, choose peace and choose to develop and maintain awareness.
Anger is a symptom or warning sign of judgment which we can become aware of and tend to.
