Residents in Ontario LTC Homes Share the Residents’ Bill of Rights

2020/12 - The Ontario Long-Term Care Homes Act (2007) contains the Residents’ Bill of Rights. These 27 rights are a critical part of living and working in long-term care homes. This short video will familiarize you with the Residents’ Bill of Rights; practical applications of the rights; and, how they affect residents in everyday life. You will hear from residents of long-term care homes as they share who they are and introduce you to the 27 Residents’ Bill of Rights.
