Introduction to Ministry of Long-Term Care Inspections: What Residents Can Expect

2023-06-07: The Ontario Association of Residents’ Councils (OARC) and guests from the Ministry of Long-Term Care Inspections Branch came togehter to provide this webinar about the inspections program and what residents can expect when there is an inspection in their long-term care home. The purpose of this webinar was to provide an overview of the MLTC Inspections program. Our guests endeavoured to answer as many webinar-specific questions as possible, with priority given to those posed by residents.
