    Man, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you posting this. I didn't even waste my time with tech support because I had a feeling TH-cam would have something and this was the first video that popped up. It was the same exact model treadmill and you made it soooooo easy. YOU ROCK!!!

    Thank you so much!!! I had all of the same road blocks and issues with no instructions online or the manual. I couldn’t find the pinhole for my life. My treadmill works as it should now thanks to you 🎉

    Thank goodness for your video!! Freakin took me about an hour looking for a pinhole that I’ve read should be on back console or side of treadmill!!!

    And I have 2 of them. My first one did that retry stuff and eventually just started working again then the screen just went black and I couldn’t get it to work again. So bout a new Treadmill in April 2023 and it just did the retry thing. I still have my old one so I’m going to try the reset on it to see if I can get it to work. But who knows. I was taking the old one apart thinking maybe it’s a cover over the pinhole. There wasn’t. It has the pinhole in the spot you showed. Old one was a 1750 and new one a 2450. I really can’t thank you enough

    I had this problem with my older model Nordic track, it was down for almost a year and the support line was no help. Thank you for the video.

      My pleasure. I hope this helps many people. The Nordictrack support has been mostly a joke to me. Even though the Android controls the treadmill, support is broken up into two groups: iFit (Android) and Nordictrack for the device. The first time I had a problem, it felt like I was being sent in a circle among support teams (and despite having extended service warranties, they sent me to a pay site!) and it's almost impossible to find any worthwhile documentation. At least in my case. Thanks again for watching and I'm really glad that it can be helpful.

    Appreciate the video! I was thinking about using the process to sideload Android apps on my 1750 Commercial treadmill and needed the location of the pinhole reset button.

    Thank you!! I plugged a power strip into the wall so I could easily stand at the console holding the pin and plugging the machine cord into the strip by myself.
    Quickly got the erasing and installing message then the blue arrow again. I hit retry and then the prompts came up!
    Back in business!

      I have the same model (2450) and it will not recognize the reset request no matter what I do. I've followed the instructions from Tee Badd but it just won't trigger the reset. :-(

    OMG, I spent 10 hours today trying to troubleshoot this issue. I looked for at least 30 minutes for the blasted pinhole, and could not find it. And although I have a extended warranty/maintenance agreement, ifit would not answer calls saying "call back during business hours" -- problem was, it was during business hours. Arg! Thank you for "showing" where to look for the pinhole.

    Thank you for this. Just had mines not more than 5 weeks. Went away for a month, came back and decided to start my journey with NT1750, the screen is blank for over 2hrs. I got mad! Thank to your video it's now up and running

      Thank you Nina. I know, their tech support is not very good. Part of my motivation for posting the video is so that I would have it if needed again in the future. It’s only been up for a year and it seems a ton of folks have ran into this same issue. I am so thankful to be able to help others, especially since NordicTrack seems to do such a poor job.

    Holy crap dude!!! We were shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods in Houston and every single one of their machines had that error, we were ready to buy and they guy couldn't get any of their 1750s or 1250s to work. It seriously made us not make the purchase of our 1750. But we did and as soon as I assembled it we got the same screen. Your fix worked perfectly and now my wife (who is the actual runner in the family) can not keep having her heart attack over "wasting money on this piece of shit"...Thank you Thank You!

    I must say this video was helpful. It gave me a great start. It did not fix my problem but was close to what I needed to fix my reset of the treadmill. The fix I incorporated was to push the button mentioned after turning the unit off and holding the button while turning the unit on. This caused a reset as desired and reconfigured my unit to the factor installation. This fix was accomplished after several tries with different methods. Good luck and I wish you success.

    Worked for me. The Ifit software got stuck on the bootup screen. I just use the manual program and it didn't work again until the reset. Great tip.

    Thanks so much for this. I woke up this morning to a white screen with the NordicTrack and it wouldn't come on. I've only done twelve rows on my brand new machine and then this :-( Followed your steps and the machine starting downloading again. That took about 30-40 minutes, but then I just input my internet information and logged back into iFit and was ready to get my rowing workout in. Thanks again :-)

    I have the same issue, my Nordic Track 1750 is stuck in a loop on the I-Fit start-up screen. I have E-Mailed Nordic Track, there was no response at all, utterly ignored. I noticed that my Nordic Track 1750 is just a tiny bit different then yours, it has a fan on the middle rail yours does not. There is no reset pin size hole on the back ether. There seems to be a USB port where the reset hole should be. So I am at a loss at what to do. The Nordic Track help line hours are odd too.

      Sorry to hear that you are having troubles Scott. Do not let them pawn you off to a pay-for-fix third party. Usually, if you ever are able to reach them, that’s what they will try and do.
      There has to be a reset access somewhere on the pad. You may take to remove it from the console to find it but I’m positive that there is one.

      @@teebadd6927 Trying to take the panel off of it was very complex. Wires sticking out all over. I unscrewed every screw I could find but wires prevented separation. It was a very hot day. I’m not that tech savvy. Very stressed out right now. I’m next to done with Nordictrack. But I will try to reach support again. Thanks.

    The greatest thing nor track did back in the older version is they didn't put a pinhole in it at all
