The best bread recipe I've ever had! Tastes better than meat! Easy and delicious
📢 Recipe (Ingredients)
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
1 Egg
145g (0.6 cup) Milk
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
30g (2 tbsp) Unsalted butter
Cooking oil
Green onion
Bacon crumbs
Mozzarella cheese
* 180°C (355°F) bake for 18 minutes

I attempted this one today. I only have all purpose flour, so it might turn out a little different. Also, if anyone can assure me, or correct me, is the .6 cup of milk supposed to be at the ⅔ line of the measuring cup?(I'm using US measurements) I am assuming that the
.6 would mean two thirds of a cup. I'm usually alright at measurements, but I am having a mental block on this one. 😅😅 Any tips would be appreciated. One of these days I'll get specific bread flour to try more of these recipes. Thank you! 👩‍🍳🇺🇸

Eileen Maldonado , I don't know much about measuring cups but by my calculation 0.6 cups is roughly 10 tablespoons. I hope that helps. Happy baking dear 😊
