I am from Grenada in the West Indies and I love to watch you Africans cook. You guys can really cook I must say. I tried this once, and man, that was some work. You got to have muscles to do this. Well done! I always enjoy watching you cook.

    Health wise:
    1. Garlic should be added when your food is almost ready(rip the health benefits when it's less cooked.)
2.Less salt and use more herbs
3.Always ensure you soak your cassava well before cooking: to get rid of cyanide which can be very toxic for your neurons.
    4. Vegetables boil is okay since you still gets the benefits of things like vitamin A and lycopene.
    5. Eat less meat in your diet
Overall the soup would definitely make PERFECT broth for collagen production which is good for skin.
    Bravo👍🙌👍

Thanks for sharing., Why don’t you just blend the Vegetables into a Mash and the kids won’t even know it’s a vegetable in there that’s what I used to do to get my children to eat there Vegetables 7-17-2021. My GrandDaughter loves her Vegetables and she Eats them First👍🏽👍🏽😊😊
