I've been binge watching your videos for a couple of months now since Abena shared one of your videos on our church platform. I decided to comment today to share my testimony with u. Some of our married women said I shd thank you for them bcos your recipes have saved our marriages. You,Nanaba and sweet Adjeley have helped us so much. We play your videos at our women's meetings and follow the tutorials. God bless all of you my dear.

Yes......I'm from John's island, SC and yes we are deeply rooted in our African cuisine. My great grandmother also taught me to cut okra in diced pieces too for our okra soup. We put whole shrimp in but I've never tried crab but will soon.😋🤗

The 'Nigerian Kako' is called Okporoko.
Use some warm water to wash it. It softens it and helps remove any kind of dirt adhering to the skin due to the drying process.
    Cheers!

You make cooking look like one of those pit- bbq boys on youtube or chefs making videos from home. I love your outdoor grilling space. It's nice.
