Drew is 13, and he is not young to show him how to be responsible. And we work for the things we want. I think it's the parents' fault why children are the way they are. They spend too much time on electronics. And not enough time spent outside. One thing I don't regret with my son is that at the age of 2 years old, it was spent outside. Friday-Sunday, we were never home. That was our family time. It's sad that instead of spending time with their children, they give them electronics and off to their rooms. Electronics should NEVER be a way to keep your children contained. It's not a babysitter. It's just an easy way out for the parents not to do things with their children.
True. Honestly it’s dumb. You know when you go grocery shopping or any store really and you can see the little toddlers on their mother’s phone.. I just look at them and I’m thankful my girls aren’t like that. We have an ipad and my girls rarely use it. I probably let them play on it like 1 or 2 times a month. They play with their toys and each other like kids should. We’re doing okay, mamma.
