We need to change the narrative that strong, independent, women are “intimidating”. We’re not, it’s a stigma. I appreciate Josh admitting that some of that was his own insecurities! Because I feel like that is what happens, people are insecure and when they meet someone strong in their lane it’s intimidating, the situation is, not the person.
