Well shit brother at least that's all it is probably. New rod a few gaskets and hopefully she will be all good and a couple starters. The SS RockerPat!🇺🇲 Hell yeah! That's a good one 😁👍🏻
That’s too bad Pat , but the good thing is the rod stayed inside the block . When you’re working on an engine that’s been sitting for a long time or one you know nothing about ….pull the plugs 1st , these guys would have saved you a lot of time, trouble and money if they had done just that .
The People Who Had The Boat Weren't Mechanics!!! They May Not Of Even Known There Was A Problem Until They Hit The Key And Then It Was Too Late!!! Good Thing Is It's Only A Rod!!! Thanks for Watching and Keep Rocking!!!
Na Not That Bad!!! Just Gotta Do Some Repairs And We'll Be Rocking And A Rolling And A Rolling And A Rocking Again!!! Thanks for Watching and Keep Rocking!!!

Do not put automotive starter, alternator, ignition in a boat. Liability is transferable back to you.
coming to a dead stop with a clunk like that, does not look like bent rod only, maybe a dropped valve?
Wanna Bet??? Put Some Money On It!!!
