@@bivanman654 not caring makes you care about yourself. The people that care to much tend to judge themselves to harsh and feel guilt because of societal pressure. When you stop caring about all that is when you truly care about yourself. And of course you should care about the people you love but they must also love you back. As far as others go. You shouldn’t care because majority of people don’t care about you

      This seems erroneous.
I know plenty of people who don’t care about their health and they are now diabetic with heart disease. I know plenty who don’t care about finances and they are broke. I know many who don’t care about their freedom and they are trapped and miserable.
This whole not caring thing sounds like a front for people who DO care but they just don’t want to deal with anything.
We have to care about something. The question is what.

Respectfully. It appears that you did not listen or comprehend what he said. (i.e "after you have done all you can,". Then you can release and not care!.) Heart disease, diabetes financial problems come from lack of discipline, which is a personal flaw. You totally missed the point.

It doesn’t make me feel good because it goes against the way I was raised but I am starting not to care because I do my job and I do it well. God takes care of me no doubt. At the ripe old age of 57…I’m finding more that caring too much hurts! People know you care…they do things to prove it. Like coworkers not speaking. Or female friends stop talking to you. I hate to get this mindset back. The man I’m dating, I keep reaching out to spend time with him. He comes around when he wants to and it’s not enough for me. I keep asking what’s wrong, knowing I’m a good woman. Now, I have to get that…I don’t care…attitude! I’m prepared for the outcome! Life goes on…whether you’re with me or not. And I accept both! Thanks for this video. It helped. ❤

Great video! Sadly, my two-year relationship ended a month ago. The person I thought was the love of my life decided to leave, and I’m still deeply in love with him. I can’t stop thinking about him, and despite all my efforts to win him back, nothing has worked. I feel so frustrated and can’t imagine being with anyone else. No matter what I do, he’s always on my mind, and I miss him terribly.

In my opinion, the best way to earn the respect and attraction of someone is to improve yourself in every way that you possibly can. 95% of communication is non-verbal. I'm sure this person is aware that you desire to be with them as you have probably communicated it to them. If you have done something wrong then verbalizing your recognition of your fault is important. Regardless, an apology without a change in behavior is not an apology at all. Which is why self improvement is the best solution in this situation. It will take the energy off of them and put it on you which is where it should be. You're the only one that can control what's going to happen in your life. And if for whatever reason in the cosmos this individual does not return, a "better option" will appear and be drawn to you. This is very simple but of course is not easy. But it is very doable if you truly want to feel and be better. Best regards.

It’s more so that you stop worrying. Caring is either coming from a place of fear or of love, and that’s the reason why you may “care” about something. But if you stop worrying about something then you are putting out there that you know that everything will be alright, and so it is.

And yes, if I was on the outside looking in it would be easy for me to say just block this person. But they initially presented themselves in a nice way and I want to know and understand why they would lead me on if they never were genuinely interested. So the only thing I can come up with is I must still care too much. I have acknowledged to God this situation and asked for help. God is bigger than any situation I can imagine. But I also need help with my unbelief if this is in fact what is happening. Why should I care about this person and lack there of relationship if God can do all things according to his will?! I desired to be everything for everybody and I always felt spread thin constantly! I would literally have anxiety attacks and be stressed about EVERYTHING! It’s been a wild journey but I have slowly gained more respect, confidence and trust when I do what’s best for me and “not” care how it affected others and their feelings! I thought chasing and caring would put me in a better position or situation but it always backfired! Needed this for sure! 💪🏽🔥

    “Sounds good let me know”
I sat myself down and said I’m good regardless if they go with me or not
They need me more than I need them.
Another example, there’s this luxary apartment complex that just got built, I really want to live in. Whether I get approved or not. I’m absolutely fine . Im already blessed to have shelter and running water

    Excellent advice, thank you.
It's about being real and accepting reality like it is which is beyond your control. Being align with truth is to follow your heart and listen to feedback from reality. For instance, a friend doesn't call you, make no effort to meet with you while you do. Then don't care anymore about the indifference of this friend. Quit calling her and move on. The Universe is calling you elsewhere. Listen to reality, it is your teacher and guide.
