    Here is my fast and dirty summary of this amazing talk;
    Endure:
    - Accept the burden of processing uncertainty => Creativity. Focus on stuff that are in your influence. Minimize insecurity works.
    - Short circuit reward system in the team.
    - Do you F***g job.
    - Be resourceful (muscle) instead of having consuming resources (carbs). Comfort breeds complacency.
    Optimize:
    - Conversations with builders rather than repeaters.
    - Diversity in the team.
    - Conviction rather than convincing.
    - Empathy (understanding your customers) before passion (to solve the problem).
    - Look for opportunities that fits you rather those that are shiny.
    - Gain confidence through doubts. Nothing extraordinary is achieved by ordinary means.
    Final Mile:
    Stay in early innings mood. Stay curious. Don't take credits, it was team.

    Right now most of my pictures are screenshots and memes with a few of my dogs here and there. A few months ago it was plants, and bugs, and people, and places. I keep going to ChatGPT asking “are businesses really going to want to use this? Tell me the truth”. This was a great video, I look forward to reading the book when I have some free time.
