The name DyGenGuar comes from the model Dynamic General Guardian along with the Aussenseiter and the RaiOh, Sanger just shortened the name. Probably sounds like DyZenGuar due to Japanese pronunciation.
I'd imagine it's somewhere on the list. I'd prefer it in robot mode myself. Kotobukiya at least set precedent making Aussenseiter in both modes, it would be wrong of Bandai not to try and one up them!
