    OMG I totally heard other measurements when making this lol! I used 1/2 cup of soy sauce 2 tsp of sesame oil 6 tsp of garlic 1 tsp of ginger 1cup of panko 1 tlbsp of siracha 1 egg, 3lbs of ground turkey and 1 large onion cooked and I added 1 bag of spinach after the onions cooked. The sauce I made to the letter. This came out amazing!! This always happens to me and still comes out great. I gotta stop going from memory cause clearly I have none when it comes to new dishes lol!

    OHHHHH MY GOD!!!!!!!! I just made this for dinner ... And seriously ... Ridiculously good!! Crazy amazingly tasty!! I wanna have this every meal now!! ;) LOL

    Im a korean and never had a meat loaf with gochujang in it. Looks so yummy! Btw, its go choo ja(ah~)ng. Not jaeng or jong. Thanks for all of your recipes!

      Hum, I'm not a big fan of veggies. .. unfortunatly! But mash potatoes is a great idea, thanks for your quick answer.

    Your gochujang ( Goh-Chew-Juhn-Guh) is too soupy its supposed to be a chili paste not a hot sauce you bought the wrong one
