    Great Video and Information. Since my factory warranty runs through July 2023, I’ve kept mine bone stock. Not one modification or additional money has been spent on my F80 6MT. I heavily modified my (daily) Audi B8.5 Allroad on the other hand.

    You spoke of nothing pertaining to the F80 specifically. What mechanical or electrical issues tend to arise with these cars? What are the weak points ? What are the remedies to these issues if any?
    Great points in regard to buying any used vehicle, but nothing specific directed the specific make and model of which someone doing research on would need.

    • @TheDailyDriven

      It does vary depending on which state you live in. For example FL seems to be relatively cheap but my father in GA was quoted way higher on an X3.

    just got an f82 mineral white, like ur content dude, instantly subscribed. Is there any difference between PPF and ceremic coating? Which one you recommend ? Thx man

    • @TheDailyDriven
      @TheDailyDriven  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Peter! Appreciate it. The difference between PPF and ceramic coating is huge. The PPF is a layer of clear durable plastic that gets put onto the exterior of the car. It helps prevent rock chips onto the paint. Ceramic coating is a layer of protection that is applied onto the exterior of the paint. This won't protect against rock chips. Its common to have the front portion of the car to be PPF'd since that is the high impact area. Hope that helps.

    • @TheDailyDriven
      @TheDailyDriven  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It all depends on the color, condition, transmission, any accidents and ect. There's a lot of other factors that you'll need to evaluate if it makes sense as a good deal.

      @@TheDailyDriven no accidents, fully optioned, dct, CARFAX doesn’t have much service history, I’m guessing the owners took to private shoots instead of the dealership, gray exterior with white interior. Here's one thing to look at. How "in love" are you with this spec? Is this the color combo or options you wanted. I say if you've waited this long for one, maybe find the right spec you want. For me I had to have Austin Yellow and a six speed. I didn't care for the options.
