@Peder Hansen hey, maybe you're right :)
i live near washington dc and they are selling them at MSRP out here.
@@ShinyBlackRims how true 25% down the first year and 15% every year after that I buy cars the same way you do 3 to 5 years after I don't follow the crazy trends but some people got to have the latest and greatest rite away I want a 2014 isf I'll wait till the new comes out maybe the price will drop more
Its funny how keyboard warriors that cant afford a base model 3 series bmw hate on the supra. Bmw has never made bad car
Are you sure?!?! I8 is crap.
E60 BMW m5 was a terrible car lol, BMW has nice designs but the reliability can be trash sometimes
I dont know if you've ever owned a BMW for saying things like that but I've owned two M cars and though they weren't bad, they were the most unreliable sport cars I've owned. Left me stranded twice.
Well there are some used GR Soups lying around.
And mostly: *WEIGHT REDUCTION*
Even the car just in stock form is pretty decent.
You have anything besides that week gtr yet...bitch we ready to show you what the car scene really looks like... several cars Mr. Egg roll
My neighbor works for burger motorsports and wants to tune my 2014 gtr with the jb4 tune for free I really don’t know anything about them tho any insight?
Jb4 is a piggy back software, basically tricks the stock ecu to run more boost than factory. Long term wise, probably not a good idea but if you're planning to sell the car in a couple years ... why not :)
daniel kim thanks a lot I’m planning on keeping it so maybe I shouldn’t
You had me at burger
Forgot the lpfp upgrades you are gonna need to do to hit those numbers
They're getting those numbers right now without replacing the stock lpfp.
Why would you let a JB4 void your warranty😂 before you take it to the dealer, unplug it and take it out!😂
We all know the 2JZ stock motor can hold over 800 horsepower with bolt-on parts I want to know how much horsepower can this new BMW engine hold before it blows up not internally changing the engine but boat one parts
Yes bro..toyota sud ave just use the 2jz in it.just tune it more.we all no wat the 2jz can do..bwm junk its going to blow up...but toyota for life.just make the next supar buy ur self toyota..u dnt need bmw.
@Richard Susessmeier still will not out shine the legend engine 2jz..bmw junk
It will handle it easily
@@dorranrobinson6207 the 2jz is iron block boat anchor.
@@dorranrobinson6207 2jz is a dinosaur compared to the b58. Give the b58 a couple years for development and it'll be a monster, from factory it is a closed deck block, direct port injection, and forged lower end. 2jz is old technology.
You call that a Toyota Supra you better scrap that BMW
@REEL SIXX what are you saying idiot
Teflon Don HKS 50 caliber Barrett 😂
Toyota didn't want to spend the money on research on a new engine slap supra on BMW lets see if it holds up like the 2jz. 2jz should be sold as crate motor
@@on-site4094 good luck with that my friend
So...
When are you trading in the Nissan for a Supra?
"adding" 😉
Sweet! Seems like you have mods all figured out too if you ever feel the need. Can’t wait for the reveal video!
Can't jump on this one when there might be a better version to come using the S58🤞

550whp on a supra wont be a 9 second run.
Adam LZ ran 10.9 with 550whp, stock tires and stock trans tune... high 9s doesn't seem impossible @550 whp with other corrections
It's not a heavy car
@@Thevictor79 I would assume the weight won't differ much from a 135i. With 550whp on a 135i you can run 11s or maybe 10s.

It will be just around 12 seconds
Real supra fans will not buy this BMW..there's nothing that can be done to this thing that cant be done to a 340i which cost way less on the used market. ..lipstick on a pig!
Im starting to like the new ones now lol
The new supra is definitely earning its stripes. The B58 engine, despite people's reservations about it being BMW made, was tested thoroughly by Toyota and met their very high standards. It's also incredibly responsive to modding and can make big horsepower reliably for relatively low cost.
The perfect car would be a supra body with gtr drivetrain
No
This is what happens when you do meth
🤣
Scrap the luxury crap from the Lexus RC 300 and put a TTV6 under the hood and slap a Supra badge on it and that would've been more respectable.

Well...lets see what sema 2019 has to offer this year.
Looks like a BMW! See these sitting in parking lots and I'm not even tempted to take pictures. Good enough for a BMW, not good enough for a Supra. We call this " The Buster".
You're laggin by not talking about Bugatti's 300+ mph record attempt. The early bird gets the preverbal worm.
The 2JZ reached 650hp with only modified turbos housings years ago
No it did not.. cai, full 3-4" exhaust,
Atleast 600cc injectors, 255 fuel pump... Etc
Kenneth Larsen Ok let’s take it that way, the B58 reached the 625hp with NOS
I own a Supra, and I love it ! But this is new technology, so its more then likely better.. anyhow, the mkv is not worth it in Norway. Its a bit over 100.00$ for the launch model. Stupid governments taxes .... They hate petrol cars so freakin much
Forgot a zero there mate 😂 .. but ye . 100 grand
Kenneth Larsen What technology are you talking about ? The valvetronic ? The supra has a simpler more efficient VVT-i system. An automatic trans ? It’s not even double clutch. An electric throttle body ? It’s not that good (I’m a mechanic). The car has no charisma. It’s fat, midget, and igly
Lollll buying some European parts like an aftermarket piggyback ecu by a reputable company is a good start.
Making a free flowing down pipe or buying one will help, as does picking a slightly larger exhaust.
Toyota was smart using an oval exhaust as this allows a slightly larger round exhaust to be fitted.
Remember in Europe they have had modified M240i BMW cars for years.
Making or buying your own CAI helps.
When you have to get a bigger turbo then the $$$$$ start racking up.
Look for a few modified M240i online and check out builds lollll
😉😉😉
Think outside the box a bit.
The parts listed above should give around 480hp or 420hp ATW.
