I would love to see a comparison between this new whipple and the new TVS 2650 (VMP style, when the blower hits the market) with the best throttle body/ intake available for each application and same supporting mods if any on both cars at the same boost levels.

Looking foward 2 seeing what my gen 2 phase 2 roush will do once you tune her up.Then im sure we will be adding a bigger throttle body and adding boost with a smaller pulley next week hopefully!

kris hauenstein Hp is a function of tq over RPM. This engine is turning nearly 2k RPM higher so all things equal HP will be higher. The coyote while slightly smaller has a higher compression ratio with higher flowing heads and larger valves allowing for a higher VE. The Intercooler on this kit is significantly larger in both surface area and capacity. Larger absorption of heat as well as less pressure drop from restriction which in its self lowers heat. KB does over a Intercooler upgrade for his GT500 but it’s pricey and requires machining of the lower manifold which increases cost as well.

lower compression, you don't want to spin a 5.4 any higher than 7000 and don't want to make more then 700hp... motor isn't that built for it.
