I've read a review that said the timer is prone to damage easily. Therefore, how has it held up since the posting of this video? Do you use it a lot?

Mine still works but I didn’t end up using it very much! I found that my puppy’s potty breaks ended up throwing everything off and I didn’t want to bother hitting pause every time.

Thanks for the video - does the mute button make it completely silent or does it vibrate? Is there any other indication in silent mode that the time is up, i.e a light blinking.

Hi, yes you can make it completely silent but there’s no vibrate option. There is a light at the top that indicates break time is up by turning purple but there’s no flashing so it’s a bit easy to miss. Hope this helps.
