I think your right about the land. Land is an absolute limited resource, and wealth is being concentrated now more than ever. Wouldn't be surprised if large firms (Blackrock, Blackstone) start buying up devastated areas like where Helene hit in the Carolinas or what Milton will do to Florida. Anyone buying up land for their own farm will look like a genius. Your loan is nothing once the land value doubles in the next decade or so.

Wish I could find a girl that’s like minded as me and live my simple life out with a simple relationship your a perfect ten and that’s my way of giving u a harmless compliment you understand way more than I do
Great video! Stumbled across your channel somehow and the timing is perfect. My mother is PA Dutch, originally from Pennsylvania. She is 76 and wants to farm again. My parents live in Florida about 10 minutes from me. I’m going to start looking in the area and making visits. 😀
This has been so helpful. Thank you! We are doing some limited homesteading on a rented place and dreaming about some land so we can have other livestock. This gives me ideas and places to start to hopefully become home/land owners soon!
I follow you because your a dreamer just like me :) That said you did go the most expensive route on alot of this. The 9% interest rate is brutal. It sounds like you paid market value for land and I doubt the Amish gave you any discount on build of barn. One thing I absolutely would have done from beginning is to make sure you had a viable way of generating cash from land within 90 days. Things such as billboard sign revenue (via advertisement), is the land also commercially zoned for getting monthly rent from truckers who want to park their vehicles, is there timber on property that can be sold, In other words, make sure the land works for you and not you work for it. The barn, the road side stand all look super cute and whimsical but that 9% loan is unforgiving and never takes month off and so I will say little prayer for you that the land presents cash flow opportunities shortly. Great videos.
If corporations buy farmland they're likely to build hundreds of homes on it. Farmers could find heavy equipment come in one day to the neighbor's & start bulldozing the ground to put in roads for the new development next door. Look what happened to the farmland in NW Washington State. Thousands & thousands of homes on some of the richest farmland in the nation.
Thank you for your videos, they are very inspiring. I have been playing with the idea of farming, being as there are certain places in Florida that can use more organic farms. I will look into it more and hopefully your channels grows more to inspire more people. Thanks again, Oh are there any groups you are apart of in relation to this.
I have my farm and home and bought in 2015 and got at right time for price and rate. Im 41 retired and my husband has successful business and live on 1 income and save the other. Im trying to buy up land and properties that are around me for my family and our future. We have homes in 2 other places but not interested in renting them as I have done property management and with issues during past 4 years wouldn't risk it. I also would be careful with dealing with agricultural loans because gives government free range to come check on property and many of those who farm and use them but been getting property taken by government by imminent domian . Seen it in several states around us . Large corporations are coming and taking it.
hey Alexandra, great job. can i suggest maybe doing a live Q and A webinar, or maybe like a blog with the data, i think it would be great for everyone as everybody has a little bit of info to share... the mind hive would grow. congratulations on your success.
God bless you Alexandra. This corporate take over is happening now in real time. Bill Gaits is about as much interested in you receiving organic food, as the military contractor's interest in you receiving affordable rent.
The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
In particular, amid inflation, investors should exercise caution when it comes to their exposure and new purchases. It is only feasible to get such high yields during a recession with the guidance of a qualified specialist or reliable counsel.
True, initially I wasn't quite impressed with my gains, opposed to my previous performances, I was doing so badly, figured I needed to diverssify into better assets, I touched base with a portfolio-advisor and that same year, I pulled a net gain of 550k...that's like 7times more than I average on my own.

I want forest land so i can beekeep, selectively harvest trees for woodworking items for sale (windows, doors, timber frames, cabinets, etcetera). i didn’t realize USDA will lend on forest land. Thanks for the tip.
Amazing. Thank you for sharing this. I've known this reality already exists for me, I've just been putting the puzzle pieces together in a strange sequence for how to bring it into the now. It seems the real wealth transfer is the ability, through platforms like this one, for this information (aka knowledge aka power) to reach the masses! For the longest time, as an average financially illiterate American, all of this seemed like an elusive pipe dream that, without immense capital reserves, is vastly unattainable. Thank you for bringing this to light - the reality that regular 'you-and-I' people can and already are shifting the narrative. Age of Aquarius in full effect. I agree with your sentiment - if you can't beset the government, might as well strategically maneuver within its structures. Keep sharing your experience, it's inspiring. The time is now: to reclaim our birthright to reestablish and maintain vitality and harmony with our Mother.
I would LOVE to hear about a few grants available. My wife and I moved cross country to start our homestead with the goal of producing enough to sustain our family needs and sell the surplus for extra income... one problem, my day job industry is volatile and is effected by the swing of the economy so we cant afford to fence our pasture or build new out buildings for our livestock. Grants would be a really great way for us to get started. Thank you!
Not necessarily. If the $400k option is actually close to 4x or more better than the $100k option, you're better off with the $400k option. You can calculate the break even on both options to see what value you need from either to make one better than the other.
@@beereaters can we even compare as one is residential property (400k) and one is land with barn (100k). The 400k would generate rental income of atleast $2,500 month from day one. Now if she were to rent out that Barn for Weddings & party regularly then it can be good investment. However, if that barn and land is just used for growing microgreens I am afraid the burn rate of her 9% loan could be too much.
Folks will argue that you did it the wrong way, but the fact is: You did it, and they didn't. Kudos to you! You're making it work, and sharing your story with us. Keep up the good work! It's very much appreciated.

Very eye opening info, thanks for the update on something I've always wanted to do ;Godspeed!
I watched your whole video because I am currently looking at upstate NY for land to have a weekend/summer getaway from NYC. Then I saw your last name and realized I went to your mom’s tattoo school. Awesome you got this informative channel. New subscriber here. I’m looking at maybe Sullivan county for a couple of acres but this is very preliminary for me.
Omg no way!! I will have to tell her!! ❤❤
Thank you for your insight. Much love and fortune your way 🌹
Stumbled upon your channel; subscribed. Love what you're doing. I'm inspired to look into this in my state of Utah. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!!
Because of you, I am focusing on buying land. Kudos to you. You have a fan from Philadelphia.
I love that ❤ keep going!
Excellent information ❤ Thanks for sharing ❤❤
Please keep sharing your experiences, firsthand knowledge, and motivation
Dude, hell yeah. Keep it up the good work 🙏🙏
Wish I could find a girl that’s like minded as me and live my simple life out with a simple relationship your a perfect ten and that’s my way of giving u a harmless compliment you understand way more than I do
How old are you Charlie 🤔

Great video! Stumbled across your channel somehow and the timing is perfect. My mother is PA Dutch, originally from Pennsylvania. She is 76 and wants to farm again. My parents live in Florida about 10 minutes from me. I’m going to start looking in the area and making visits. 😀
Yay!!! Love that
Thanks for spreading this great information and inspiring others for a positive cause!
Great Video, $24T farmland asset transfer is WILD, what an opportunity. Wall St is buying farm land, building there ‘Carbon Credits’ portfolio.
This has been so helpful. Thank you! We are doing some limited homesteading on a rented place and dreaming about some land so we can have other livestock. This gives me ideas and places to start to hopefully become home/land owners soon!
I wish we had some one like you and this channel in Australia. great to watch and learn though.
I'm proud of you...following in your foot steps
Just subbed, I CANNOT WAIT to see your journey - thank you for sharing and all the best to you!!
Alexandra ... just a simple and grateful .. thank you !
Onwards
Alex, I can’t believe how hard I am rooting for you to succeed!!
Aw thank you so much!
I know. :(
thank you for bringing awareness to this farmland situation. And I hope more people get tipped off by you. Please keep putting out this content. 😃
I have so much more to come!
I LOVE THIS!! Thank you for sharng!! I am 63 and have always wanted to farm!! Thank a milliin times!! To the point and full of information!! 🧡🎃🍁
Thank you so much for this highly valuable and amazingly helpful information
Gratitudes for this information! Many blessings!!!
Just here to comment because you literally are wearing an outfit I wear a lot. That’s wild, thank you for sharing this channel!
Thank you for your videos, they are very inspiring. I have been playing with the idea of farming, being as there are certain places in Florida that can use more organic farms. I will look into it more and hopefully your channels grows more to inspire more people. Thanks again, Oh are there any groups you are apart of in relation to this.
what an inspiration! i'm going to check this out. thanks!
Thank you for posting!
So glad i found your channel, this is all great information.
Thank you for sharing.
That's cheaper than rent! Good job! I want to do the same. Well, a herb garden more accurately.
U inspired me 2 apply for a farm land. I have Amish all around me. Thanks
hey Alexandra, great job. can i suggest maybe doing a live Q and A webinar, or maybe like a blog with the data, i think it would be great for everyone as everybody has a little bit of info to share... the mind hive would grow. congratulations on your success.
@@josepacheco9853 I am writing about the data etc on my substack! Linked under the video 🙏
Absolutely love the videos! I think I might look into buying some farmland.
Appreciate the info and time! I’m learning
This aligns perfectly with my desire to organize my finances prior to retirement. Could you provide me with access to your advisor?
Carol Vivian Constable is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
She appears to be well-educated and well-read. I ran an online search on her name and came across her website; thank you for sharing.
I want forest land so i can beekeep, selectively harvest trees for woodworking items for sale (windows, doors, timber frames, cabinets, etcetera).
i didn’t realize USDA will lend on forest land. Thanks for the tip.
This was extremely informative. Thank you.
Super smart and impressive. Great job!
YES YOU GO GIRL!
I want to be a farmer and my family is trying to convince me to stay in the city “where the money is”
Ugh they can just shuuush
Yes!! I feel very passionately about sharing this message and helping communities. And I am an Aquarius! 😇
@ 6:17 people do come and check, it's just you don't see them. It also depends how long you been there too.
Thank you so much. What fantastic info ❤
Thank you!
That is a heck of a building.
I owe it all to the Amish! They are amazing.
9% on 100k is way better than 7% on a 400k house
Not necessarily. If the $400k option is actually close to 4x or more better than the $100k option, you're better off with the $400k option. You can calculate the break even on both options to see what value you need from either to make one better than the other.
@@beereaters can we even compare as one is residential property (400k) and one is land with barn (100k). The 400k would generate rental income of atleast $2,500 month from day one. Now if she were to rent out that Barn for Weddings & party regularly then it can be good investment. However, if that barn and land is just used for growing microgreens I am afraid the burn rate of her 9% loan could be too much.
You are a champion!
We have 23 acres I wanted to build a shed house and put a green house in hop tunnels, but need financial...thank you for sharing 💛💛💛
