i remember shao because im praying for an ssr version every day haha... nice video :^) im interested in the homoerotic dynamic of barawa and chat noir but was discouraged from reading the older stuff because i didnt know if theyd ever do anything with him again so the 5 star uncap is a nice glimmer of hope hooray
I was def never going to learn more about Chat. I never got him from the gacha, and now he sits in Classic II jail, which I'll likely never pull on cuz I'm only missing 4 from there...
Reading Chat Noir’s Fates I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed them after the last Barawa event took its place as my personal least favourite Granblue event. Granted it makes sense because that event has no Chat Noir and was just a plan by Reinbach to kill off Barawa. The Fates felt cool since it showed a scenario that I always like to see, how the crew deals with the Captain being incapacitated, usually when that happens it’s a smaller event but this time you get the idea that a lot of the crew are involved here and I really like that. Plus the additions to Chat Noir’s characterisation and backstory is nice to see as well. I also liked how Chat Noir explains to Reinbach that this really does screw him over due to how many powerful people the Captain knows. I can’t believe I’m really saying this but I really hope that this is setting up another Detective Barawa event with hopefully a much bigger cast of the crew, I mean Catherine and Jamil make too much sense that not having them in the follow-up event sounds silly. I hear this all the time but didn’t Heinrich die at the end of Full Metal Man VII? I know he shares a title and VA but we’ve never had full on confirmation that it’s the same guy, I can’t recall a single line of dialogue that implies that they’re the same character either, I would love to be proven wrong here however.
@@DuckyTalksGranblue Provided they’re not the same character, his last scene looks very much like a death scene, a head on collision in the open sky. That’s a fair bit different than having like 20 backup escape routes, one of which being to blow yourself up. Like I know the end of Full Metal Man VII teases some form of follow-up since Lukav is probably alive but he has the whole parasite thing making him basically a superhuman now. My personal thoughts are that Heinrich is very much dead. So either it’s going to be revealed later on that Heinrich was Reinbach and either the writers pull the biggest ass pull and make him escape death or that was how he dies. Completely unrelated to everything that has been setup at this point with Chat Noir, or more likely it’s just a separate character.

the guy who literally exploded himself to safety in chat noir's fate episodes? You really think he is dead because of an airship crash? lol

God I can't believe Chat Noir is good.
