Ambiguity is very important. I work in a place where everyone does everything and yet there are 3 level of leads. It confuses the regular workers because they do the same work as the lower level leads and most of what what top lead does. I have been trying to talk to our supervisor about creating "levels" that people are responsible for so that newbies feel that the "leads" deserve respect for their knowledge. Hard to respect someone who makes more than you but does the same exact thing

I don't believe that those exhibiting the bullying behaviors are unaware of what they do, and how they come across. I realize that it is your business to offer compassion to those you coach, but, believe you, me.....for everyone that you do coach...there are many, many more....that are not being coached...and are slipping under the radar; because....as you've said....rarely...do those that are being treated like swill...actually come forward.
It’s naive to say that they are unaware once it is reaching to that point. The whole interviewing 15 people to get An idea? The most manipulative people with these behavioral problems only need one victim, and will be the best person ever to everyone else. Which they do on purpose…
