I got the job offer from Accenture for PADA role. Today, I received mail regarding SFDC survey. Is it mandatory to learn Salesforce. for PADA role?
As far as I know it's not mandatory, if you study that and clear exam and get certificate after successfully on-boarding done, then you would get that SFDC project, but if you wish to be in that project, you can attempt
I have selected for the Salesforce training..but i have not been completed it successfully..Is it ok with my job or i get any rejection for onboarding
I heard they provide time to finish, or else assign any dba projects
Is the training online or offline?
There will be virtual for some streams and offline for some, I have mentioned in the video.
Ma'am I got my OL this last month, and now i got a mail regarding "Interest Check Survey - Salesforce Training & Certification Program", I want to go for the developer post so should I fill this form or not?
Form filling is must, but filling yes or No is your decision, as far as I guess if not interested in SFDC projects you would get some other projects too. But please check with others as well
Does the stream (sales force or service now) can be selected by ourself or the company itself ... bcoz I am commerce student selected for SASA role ...I'm afraid that the company will provide coding or programming streams for me...and I don't know coding knowledge.. kindly please help me out
Actually whatever we select there is no assurance that we get that stream only based on their requirements they will allocate, don't worry I heard training will be provided anyways, need not worry later if you still couldn't survive with coding ask HR to allocate DBA related roles like monitoring servers or providing access related to roles like that

I got onboarding mail on 18th dec and joining date is 5th feb but till now I haven't got updates regarding primers and action items mail some members recived but many haven't received. So, when can I expect or can I expect updates soon or not.
