Sew along - Modified Milana summer dress Part 1

In this sew along, I detail how I made the Milana dress from Vikisews, with a few modifications:
1) Fit modification at the hips to allow it to slip on
2) Flutter sleeves instead of the ruffled collar
3) Lengthened it
4) For a lighter wear, I did not line it
