So much respect for you sharing this with your audience even though it's personal, navigating these types of things in the medical system is so scary and your experience will help so many people going through something similar when they look it up and get to see your video
My heart broke for you in the beginning when you were crying. As a SA survivor I think it is incredibly important for all medical professionals to treat people with the assumption that their patient could have trauma and do their best to explain to the patient what they are doing and why (especially when they are examining private areas) It sounds like you felt nervous and violated by that experience and I’m glad that your other experiences after were much better. ❤️
I feel like Brooklyn is the twin that goes through the most, from breakups to hurting her private on the fence that one time, and now this???? GURL you are stronger, we love you
*so from working in the medical field, i fully believe the pressure from the altitude change on Mount Everest is what made it go away, it definitely could have like “suffocated” it and cut off blood supply causing it to go away. such a blessing* 💕
I think it rupturing along with the antibiotics caused it to go away. There's a slight chance it could come back one day. Hopefully it won't though. If they didn't see anything at all then I think she'll be good.
I went through pain for 25+ years until I found a Dr who referred me to a urologist. They found over 35 tumours in my bladder. Luckily, nothing was cancerous. So glad you got this sorted quickly ❤
@LivvyAlexW they just weren't listening to me basically. I had been to Drs and urologists so many times, but they never decided to look in my bladder. They kept telling me it was a UTI. It wasn't until I couldn't urinate at all, ending up in emergency, that I begged in tears, to a dr to please refer me to this urologist I had been told about through a friend. Finally I got that appointment, but he didn't believe me either. Then once the camera went in, his whole demeanour changed. Within 2 weeks I was in surgery. I'm in the 1 percentile that none where cancerous (lucky for them).
As someone with chronic illness who has navigated the medical system, thank you for sharing your experience both good and bad! Medical gaslighting and negative experiences happen way to often especially to women and the more we speak about them the better!
Thank you so much for using your voice to talk about this topic! Women’s health is not taken as seriously as it should be and as a gal with endometriosis I’m grateful for you!
All I could think of listening to you was "But God." If I every wanted to second hand witness a miracle, I think this was it. Wishing you a speedy rest of your recovery ( I saw the Bridgerton video and the WorkSwap so I know you are at least up and moving around)
Brooklyn, I'm so sorry you had to go through this. Thank you for being so brave and sharing it, you inspire women to be on top of their health. I'm glad it turned out well for you and I hope you're fine and healthy. Love you and love your videos. You guys are amazing role models. ❤🤍🙌
Yikes, Y'all, that's definitely gotta be one of the most scariest and painful situation to have. Having an infection around that area is painful enough, but a cyst definitely painful. Glad it healed itself, Brooklyn, it will take a while for your body to heal itself for sure. Take care of yourself and hope you feel better soon. 🫂
What a joy to be a woman, the things that can happen to us is crazy. Brooklyn I hope you are feeling better, and so glad to hear that your body fixed itself
Girl I'm so proud of you for going to Everest with everything going on with your body! That's amazing! I'm so glad you are safe and healthy, but I'm so sorry for the exhausting and frustrating health journey.

I kind of had this experience recently with an OBGYN. I tried to ask questions and she pushed me out the door as soon as possible. I’m glad they got to the bottom of it for you!
Thank you for sharing something so vulnerable…definitely learned something new…so sorry you had that terrible experience at first but glad everything healed! Our bodies really can do some amazing things!
Holy moly I went through such a similar situation where the first doc was so impersonal and just went for it. Then I started getting answers. Glad yours had a good ending!
Thank you for sharing! I’m so sorry the first person you saw was awful. Hope you feel better now after surgery. I had a huge fibroma (basically a non cancerous tumour) in my uterus that was protruding into my cervix that had to be surgically removed.
So happy for you Brooklyn! Thank you for sharing this journey with us. I can understand why you would be frustrated after the surgery. I just had my gallbladder out this week. The recovery has honestly been terrible so far. But this video helped me not to feel alone in my experience. ❤
I’m grateful you are talking about going to the gynecologist. I had a massive fibroid in my uterus that I had to have a C-section to remove a few years ago. It was my first time going to the Gynecologist at least 10 years too late. I think it’s important to help girls realize that it’s not for, our sexual health, but for our overall health that we go. I really think this experience for you will help girls realize this 🙏🏻
Women need to know more of these things! I had to find my answers myself with very little help. I also had a retroverted uterus. Among many other things. I am only 32 and I just had a hysterectomy 6 weeks ago. Women’s bodies are complicated and more information needs to be common knowledge! A crazy journey you’ve been on! I wish all the best for you moving forward!

I’m so glad you’re okay. What a great story! Thank you for sharing this as you’ve saved so many girls from thinking the worst if they find something. Yes, totally get it checked but it could be so many other things besides the big C.
So glad that you are doing better. I had an exploratory procedure done in January. I had several scans done and they thought that I had an aggressive cancer but luckily when they went it there was nothing. But it was some what frustrating because I was left with the same urology problems with extreme pain from the procedure and a decent hospital bill lol. But God was looking out for both of us and he took care of it all.
I had a cystoscopy and it was painful. I was told I'm very sensitive and I needed lidocaine twice. Give you props. Mine was done a few days ago. I found out my bladder pain was due to my uterus pushing on my bladder. Thank you for showing what we go through.
