Okay y’all send this video to someone *cough cough y’all’s hubbys, boyfriends, dads, partners, etc* that need to see this and understand what we all go through ✋🏼
Not to mention the fatigue, the constant feeling of having to go to the bathroom, the pms, etc...there are so many other variables that make the pain that much more difficult to function with. There is only so much that this machine can simulate, but still, a fun experiment to see how the guy's perception started and shifted before and after.
Period pain can include MUCH more than just the cramps. Cramps, feeling very nauseous, weak, back and head hurting, actually vomiting, body static tingles, diarrhea, hot sweat flashes, are things I had before, a few times I had all of these at the same time for about an hour at a time, and it was the worst physical pain I can imagine!
I started getting backaches 2-3 years ago and sometimes I can’t tell what’s worse, the cramps or my back. I’ve def had a lot of the other symptoms too and it really sucks.
I ended up in a hospital 3 times as a teen. My body temperature was like 35C something, I was dehydrated, my sugar levels were up, I was puking and my fingers were cramping and stiff.

The thing is, as least for me, it's not just pain. It's like an intense dull ache that makes you feel hot, sweaty, weak, nauseous, sometimes dizzy. I never know how to compare it to another pain I've felt, but on the worse days, I can't think of anything or relax at all because I feel so horrible.
For like 2-3 days, I don’t want to leave my bed. It’s like death crawled into my body and sometimes being upright and walking helps, but overall, it’s a brutal time.
I haven’t gotten cramps in a few months but they hurt moderately bad when I was sleeping. I tried using s heating pad but I wanted to lay down instead. After loosing sleep I finally took Tylenol.I noticed it’s easier dealing with cramps during the day when I’m distracted working. But one time I was walking to the bus stop I had bad cramps I could hardly stand it.
i plan on having my boyfriend try this. he has high pain tolerance so i wonder if he would feel it. have to do this next year since it's a LDR XD i can't wait
It’s cool to see your husbands trying out the simulator. Period pain for some women is a horrific nightmare. Fortunately I’m not one of those people who experience cramps while on their period. Must be a huge blessing in disguise on our part.
I am the same! I don’t experience cramps, thankfully. But I do get a lot of other symptoms like hot flashes, nausea, dizziness, stomach issues, headache etc..
I’m kind of the same I have gotten cramps but since summer. I don’t usually get cramps last time they happened at night. I sometimes get headaches from pms breast pain and acne.
Yassss, I love this!! Dakota's reaction to it made me laugh the hardest!! We women are indeed tough to go through this every month and keep composed and go about their day!! Lovelots you guyss❤

I use to have the WORST period cramps. After being in active labor with my daughter, I realized they were so bad they literally felt like contractions!! However, ever since giving birth, my period cramps are like nothin. So it can get better over time!
This is exactly like mine!!! I would literally feel like I was going to pass out sometimes from the period cramp pain. But after birth, they’re so much more tolerable! 😅

I used to get horrible and painful period cramps for 3 out of the 7 days of my period. About 9 months ago, I started taking 450 mg of magnesium with my dinner, my period cramps are not as bad and less painful. Since August, I have been working out 4-5 days and that has helped with my heavy and painful periods being less heavy.
Omg periods are really painful but men never understand! This was funny to watch but this is what it feels in real life! Thank you for those who actually care for us women when they are on their period
