Well, going super fast in a straight line and cornering at 2 km/h is not really what I would call "control of the bike". Spectacular for the wheelies, but other than that, just a guy that hammers it in an open straight road.
In fact, you cann see that the rear tire still has A LOT of new rubber on its shoulder.

Any brand new 1 L bike is going to cost you under $18,000 brand new then all you got to do when you buy it is tell the salesman what exhaust you want them to throw on before you pick it up and you're done doesn't need a tune to sound a certain way. What is this $30,000 comment totally unnecessary and I'm talking about brand new not even used.
@@Mr.Robert1 I know very well that mine is an exaggeration but if you listen to other engines with aftermarket exhausts they don't have this kind of linear, clean and aggressive sound at the same time

Its geared for torque not top speed, if u really wanted to change sprockets it will do 300kmh easily

I wanted to share this too: for those that love road racing, North America is running its own Isle of Man TT road race in Baja MX. They are on their 3rd year, and I believe they are going to make the circuit a 500mi loop up and down both coasts. And it is currently open to all. So, if you love road racing, and you either want to support it or ride in it, look it up online: Baja International TT 🙂👍
I've been trying to get something like this going in the USA/Canada, but it seems others are already doing it. Just south of California. It should become an awesome event very soon. I think we need something like this. For 1 day every year, mexico is going to close the road from public traffic and allow it. Pretty cool IMHO 😎👍
You'll probably need a good mechanic, if not one yourself, and some 5mm leathers. There likely won't be any interference from animals since it is desert. Currently, the road is like 1960s state highways in the USA. But over time, the pavement will probably improve. If you place, you can probably expect a lot of money from sponsorship soon.

That lead out to the freeway was courteous before you wicked it up and said "sayonara". That's how you end the sound track! The Z1 was the original muscle bike and every in-line four (the downsizing 550cc on up) built from it from then till now has been bulletproof.

Damn this bought back some memories. Sounds very similar to my first 06 10R and I made that the worlds first fighter of that model. It was bit quicker up top than your z maxed out 285 without any fairings on front. Most stable wheelie platform though, better than any faired bike. It would wheelie stable in high winds even, was absolutely hilarious hanging off the side of it at 220 pulling huge wheelies that the front wheel stops spinning xD
Used to love evening rides too. Enjoy the times on your bike man you will look back on this when you're older and miss it. It's so much fun. Practice max lean/brake in carparks at night and quiet exhausts are sometimes good (or at least multiple fairings and exhausts) when you need to lose heat in your hood ;) Cheers

How do you record your audio without the sound peaking like crazy? My bike is also loud and makes the recording peak - Also what do you do in order to get rid of the wind noise?
I tried recording it with zoom h1n, but it was not able to handle it :(
I added a gopro to the rear for the pov backwards and notice how good the audio was on that camera by accident.
So now the audio is from gopro 8 with foam case thats placed in the back of the bike, it can handle the loud volume with ease. It takes atleast 130db where its placed atm
So the camera is placed in a way that its pretty protected from wind, also it has the foam casing that helps alot too

It will help with wind even when mounted on the helmet, but you wont get the same result as mine is used on the bike where it is hidden from alot of wind, if you look at my instagram post from 14th april you can see how its positioned

Yeah it is aftermarket, there should be available for your model aswell :)
Check hyperpros website, you need to order damper & mountingkit seperatly!

how do you like the bike? im on a mt10 but my buddy is looking at one of these
Honestly im very happy with it, i think its one of the best looking nakeds for sure (after some mods like getting rid of the stock mufflers at least)
It got less power compared to the mt10 and less electronic stuff, like no quickshifter, no ride modes etc. It only has abs from factory.
I like that its pretty basic, but i do wish some stuff had come from factory like quickshifter and gear indicator.
Mine has alot done to it, like aftermarket quickshifter, full system, powercommander and some other stuff. Its a great bike to ride, alot of torque. The only real complaint i have is that 5th and 6th gear is very short, you basically shift instantly between them. You also hit revlimiter in 6th going top speed 252kmh.
That being said its not a big problem, its meant to be a hooligan streetfighter kinda bike and its very good at that :)
You are seated kinda in the bike, so it feels very light and easy to manuever even for shorter riders (not that i am short but it thought it was worth mentioning)
Im super happy with mine and would not trade it for a mt-10 or any other naked close to it, if im getting rid of it it would be either to get a superpsport or zh2 :)
(or to get the cops off my back since they know the bike lol)
quick question, what happens if the shifter proceeds to shift while you do a wheelie ? how does it go? i dont have a license yet so i dont rly know
The shifter is manual so i have full control over it, alot of ppl can shift when doing wheelies it just takes alot of practice.
I can do it easily because i have a quickshifter so i can shift while still using the throttle
