It is a shame to police commissioner to make such a statement. The judges are know about happenings in kolkata, but the state government advocates telling lies to the court, as the state is under control. How the goons entered into the hospital and vandalized the emergency and other rooms. How they went upto 4 th floor. No answers. This is state of affairs in West Bengal. It is going like another kashmir and Kerala.

One must understand the pain of the Hon'ble HC of Kolkata might have had to express their anguish on complete breakdown of State machinery under the Hitler like CM, Mamata. This is not the one isolated case, and in the past the same situation arose in the incidents of Samdeshkhali and Basirhut. The successive Governors are also constrained to condemn the State Government. Under the premises, it is in the interest of Democracy, the Hon'ble HC or Governor may be pleased to order/recommend the dismissal of Mamata Government. Prosecution of her may also be considered fr use of state machery un-constitutionally.
If permission had not been given, someone had come & this court would obviously given permission for rally.

How could any demonstration be permitted in such a sensitive situation - We can't think of this in AP or Telangana. Even if by chance permission be given, there would be strict police security. Who was an intern at the hospital and was collaborating with Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee to smuggle organs safely.
The victim became aware of their activities and, as a result, was brutally raped and tortured. It was reported that her eyes were bleeding - a condition that occurs when someone's neck is tightly squeezed or when a lot of pressure is applied to one's chest. The rape was committed by atleast 10 individuals including Nirmal Maji's son, some doctors and TMC supporters. As long as Mamata Banerjee will remain in powers, Kolkata's downfall will continue.
A new type of threat is emerging in Kolkata, where TMC supported use the phrase "RG Kar kore chere debo" meaning they will unleash terror akin to what happened to the girl in R G kar. The victim not only discovered their organ smuggling operation but also threatened to expose them, leading to her tragic death.

And by now , since the whole point was about absence of security in the case , even after the incident the kolkatta Police fails to provide any sort of security to the RG Kar College as a whole. Leave alone the incident even now the College has no security or monitoring. Kolkatta Police should have tight and alert security all around the college as there are protests going on and so much action happening in and around the campus and this sort of vandalism even after that shows either a mere failure of KP or a planned effort in support of destructing evidence of any or all sorts.
