After Goutam Chakraborty most of the responsible post go to the IPS officer who are outside of state. It is allso common practice for IPS officer from Bengal they prefer to work outside of Bengal. The police officer now a days working in WB are very much flexible.

In Mangalore there was a minor girl by the name"XYZ" who was raped and murdered by influential persons. The local police fixed an innocent in the case, at last the accused was acquitted buy a special CBI court after 11 years. This is the kind of justice system that prevails in India. I have lost all hope in Indian police. Indian police system is the most screwed up in the world..
