Where are all the planners???

Where have all the PLANNERS gone?!
I am often asked if I know people that can fill certain roles, and I love connecting the dots of getting people to jobs that fulfill them. Recently I've had SEVERAL conversations with #transit agencies that are having the hardest time recruiting for #planning positions. What's up with that? #MobilityMinute #cities
