Wera Zyklop 3/8" Hex Bit Locking Adaptor: A must-have after the Snap On fail

My Snap On 3/8" hex bit holders are a joke. They don't hold the bits tightly...if at all. So Wera to the rescue! Their wonderful locking adaptors are perfect. Well, close enough. They hold the bits securely and make bit changes fast. I had the 1/4 inch one and immediately realized I needed the 3/8 inch version. So here it is.

I discovered today there are several (at least 3) hex sizes for bits, so 3 square drives and 3 hex sizes, you need quite a few adapters do cover all sizes

True that one country is not necessarily better than the other but one thing is for sure, nobody moves production overseas to improve quality. Based there from the start is often a different story and it’s not ALWAYS worse or much worse when it’s moved but quality is never ever the reason to do so
