I understand the OCR feature in Snipping Tool has greatly improved in Win11.. but is there something similar for Win10? For example, which works best in Win10? Also, any recommendations for a program THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE ADMIN RIGHTS to keep alive so that the screen-saver/lock screen appears?
