the bad game aspect comes from when you are at the end game. When you did 100% exploration everywhere, did all quests, got all occuli, leveled up and maxed out more than a half of your characters, maxed out the teapot (even tho its realm limit is complete garbage), every enemy dies in 1 hit and you loose interest because there is nothing challenging you. So you start asking people on forums about their opinions on endgame and get sh#t on by 4th fanfiction horny battalion of genshins simp community who would kill people for their favourite character if they don't call them the best. @@_mask_ I mean, by mobile game standards, Genshin and by extension all Hoyo's game (Honkai, etc.) is amazing, but at the end of the day, it's still a mobile game, and all of them still got the usual problems to a varying degree. But for endgame players, i'd agree that Genshin is quite lacking compared to Hoyo's other titles tho. Spiral Abyss is a complete mess, not because it's challenging, but because it's annoying and tedious; all enemies are either too tanky or just moves around too much, and add the timer, it's basically an artificial difficulty hellhole with disproportionately small rewards for it's difficulty.

@@yomoheiliv6375 It will happen Endgame content can't and aren't meant keep players hooked for a long while. It's to give players a little bit more of the game after everything else in the game is done. Genshin is a good game when the RNGod bless you, got Nilou, Jean (I reach C4 jean now wtf) and Nahida in 120 pull. I was anxious about Nilou rerun cuz I have 50/50 and I don't have enough to reach soft pity twice but goddamn luck. Before the banner end I will pull for weapon with the save up gem and hope I get the damn sword
You definitely will appreciate the gacha system of Genshin once you go to other gacah games. i was just playing Nikke today and got enough to pull two times on the limited banner to get the weeb bait SSR....I got SSRs...BUT THEY WERE NOT THE ONES I AIMED FOR. oh i forgot to mention that Nikke doesnt have a pity system :'D its all rng which booba gun lady you get.
Depends. Guardian tales has a really good gacha system than guaranteed a unique hero(rarest rank) on your first ever 10 pull, about 30 minutes into the game, and also gives a few unique for free, without it being tied to events. It also has a system which let's you choose to get what hero or weapon you want, even when said hero/weapon isn't on banner. You can just straight up buy the heros with tickets that you get over time with pulls.
I beg to disgaree. Genshin's gacha isn't really something to commend, specially the scammy weapon banner even with the epitomized path. The 50/50 is very scammy as well specially if you spend. This monetization doesn't really matter for f2ps, but it does hurt for spenders. The game that made me realize that there could still be a gacha game but monetized in a less-predatory way is Punishing Gray Raven. 100% guaranteed on a newly released S rank character at 60 pity 70% rate on reruns at 60 pity. 80% rate on 6 star weapons at 30 pity. They also have abanner for so called uns obtainable just for 10 pulls. All that with various patches giving away S rank selectors and free S rank characters, collab characters for free (specifically 2B and A2 along with their free skins), and free skins. Again, add the fact that pulling for 1 S rank character is like pulling for 2 aa it gives you the ability to farm and improve the character to SS by playing, or better yet playing with good skills. Also, forgot to mention that you can select lower rank and higher rank. Weapons and characters to boost the chance of getying them. Compare that to genshin where you get C99 Barbara and R100 Rust.
@@hijodelsoldeoriente there was a time when the weapon banner was more of a scam than it was when it didnt have epitomized path. 6:39 ok so basically Genshin Impact, Find cool character you like, have to suffer actual hell to Maybe obtain them then get the thing you wanted or don't. Then to have them be able to match the lazy world Level difficulty you had to waste more time getting their stats up. its basically what you said with the inhumane touch.
Nah, if people play that digimon game, it's THEIR fault. You can't just compare something that isn't going well with anything WORSE. I am one of the old guys and I like the slow pace of Genshin, but the recent banners, the entire Hoyoverse way of thinking, biring events(except windblume), and that HELL of artifact system is.... sad. Just sad. I'm loosing the fun in farming, and I never 36 * the abyss!I farmed for fun, spent some (little) money to pay those beautiful ost's, but now I don't see the exploration being as good as they where because my team one shots everything, and the hard mobs(wenut on abyss) don't let me....play? Like, wtf are they doing?
2:37 lore probably(I haven't seen it, most of the time its so hidden it doesn't matter), Character design not so much from what I getting Genshin stull falling to its generic female bodytypes on a fighter that should be muscular and tan due to heat, clothing with high heels for some reason, shorts and crossed bikini I think? I feel its more clutered with Stuff that looks cool than anything to explain her as a person. like the ears just being ears tell me she wearing it a s a custome if she's supposed to be a furry somehow, she fails spetaculary since ears aren't enuogh were's the fur? body structure? mainly facial structure of said animal? basically Her design seems just made for generic appeal than to tell an intersting story.
When you take a look on genshin, of course there are problems, legitimate problems such as dehya recently. But comparing genshin to other games you've played, highly likely you will say that genshin is pretty good. Either in terms of design, gameplay, or the grind. But yeah everybody like to angry toward a sheet of white paper when it has a tiny black dot on it
6:45-10:00 Damm that sounds even worse than hell, that just the Abyss, anyway Genshin Impact has basically most of those problems at mid level deal, meaning if thats the darkest pit of hell, then Genshin is kinda close.
Oh hey, welcome back. You missed four new units so lemme run it down for ya. Alhaitham is surprisingly good despite his nerf. Best Dendro DPS so far and I like him, even though he is quite complicated to use. Yaoyao is also good for a 4 star, though my only downside i can say to her that her burst made her an on-field healer. Dehya however is a different story. Pretty sure a lot of people really liked her than Alhaitham, cuz waifu sells more than husbandos ofc. Even I don't want to pull for Dehya, I feel bad for those who want to. For weeks they had told that Dehya needs a buff, instead they nerfed her. Puting her in standard banner at the next patch is already a sign that they dont give two fcks about her anywhere else in the future at all. Even the Standard Banner units are way better than her. Mika is okay for a buffer. Could've been with Eula's next rerun but nope. Didn't pull for him tho. As for events, Lantern Rite 3.0 was fun. Windblume 2.0 is boring except for Cyno's horrible jokes. Got a good cackle from that.
The No.1 Timmie hater finally made a video! But damn, even if I knew what the game is, I still won't play it. Genshin will be the only last gacha game I've played.
Also yeah other gacha games are WAYYY mote predatory than Genshin. Genshin atleast emotionally manipulates you with amazing story telling and visually appealing animations Imagine if they locked character story quests for friendship 10 with the specific character. Not only would it increase the value of the character but also increase FOMO but the thing is they don't! You can play genshin all day and every day yet still enjoy the exploration and the story telling :D

His hate towards Aether is pretty "fanatical". I meant that in funny way. I love both Aether and Lumine design but I stick with Aether for his dominant black color in his design (wish they gave him more armored parts like on his belly but well, we will never have that) Everyone has a right to hate any character they want for whatever they want and I don't care if that is towards character I like.

More like overly hated as bad design. Because if you look at Genshin as a whole, it just follow most other Gacha game practices with it own twist. Endgame issue everyone said Genshin have also apply to the gacha, nearly a lot of them are long grind after you hit wall till new event and stuff added in to keep the fan going. The reason why people outraged more because Genshin is probably the biggest and the most known in the public right now and a lot of people first Gacha due to that massive push at launch.

Genshin has an end-game that forces you to end up playing for 10 minutes max every day for any meaningful progression. I can't progress at all past those 10 minutes. Log on, do commissions, spend 160 resin, log off. I personally think the "daily chores" game design is really bad, players should be able to progress all at their own pace and not be slowed down by time-gating. Also Genshin multiplayer is atrocious.

10:12 Genshin Impact players Refusing to Step into the Gaslight(Mission IMPOSSIBLE).
3:20 more accuratetly to say weapons since they don't really work together, they work separetly with their attacks coming together.
Basically just give Aither the ability to change into their abilities and you'd basically have the same thing.
Bad game? No. Bad Community? Yes. (specifically Twitter)
Exactly.. I love game❤️, without Twitter or TH-cam game would be more enjoyable 🥴
the bad game aspect comes from when you are at the end game.
So in my opinion the game is bad for LONG TERM players.
@@_mask_ its a mobile game at the end of the day. Expect the quality of experience the same as candy crush.
@@kisamebalusong4980 man, in candy crush you gotta atleast use your brain and eyes to find best available combos to get a high score and not mess up. In genshin its just press 1 button.
I thought that the traveler broke the shield of our favorite green fluffball
Where are you bro? I don't even care if its not a genshin video topic you make, we just want you back
The rewatchability of this video is remarkable. I keep coming back to this for the editing. 10/10 very funny.
My bro really made a genshin impact video about digimon masters online💀
As a digimon enjoyer, i know your pain, i litteraly suffered so much playing this game bc i didn't waste my fucking money to get omegamon alter s and trivialize every single content in this game.
I decided to just wait for one of those huge steam sales to get digimon story cyber sleuth for basicaly 8 dollars (in my country's curency) and now the released digimon world next order sooooo....
Yeah not a p2w mmo, great
Genshin Impact is a good game.
That slowly becomes mid as your playtime and AR increases.
Nah. It holds up late game better than BotW.
@@amandaslough125 Zelda is NOT A LIVE SERVICE GACHA, rookie. Genshin doesn't hold anything in the late game because there is no endgame content.
That's will happen with every single game. The solution is to play different games every once in a while. If Genshin is the only game you play that's on you
@@pratik9125 No it won't happen. Live servo e games have constant gameplay, gachas have endgame content.
@@yomoheiliv6375 It will happen Endgame content can't and aren't meant keep players hooked for a long while. It's to give players a little bit more of the game after everything else in the game is done. Best solution is to play different games every once in a while and avoid playing a single game for longer duration. Like GTA is really good game but after a while it does become boring if it's the only game you play.
Holy shit a new jay vid lets gooi
Bro this video is a journey
I remember that I got 2 SSR on Makima banner but it wasn't Makima. Pilgrim and normal SSR. I didn't know how to react to that. Lmao
nikke has given me more joy in a month than genshit has in two years
100% guaranteed on a newly released S rank character at 60 pity
70% rate on reruns at 60 pity.
But thank god there's so many genshin content creators who keep viewers' gacha addiction in check by reminding people to not spend money on an easy game.
Yeah in the end gacha is rng and many now beg for a pity for four stars to be implemented because some of us got C1 Kazuha when we wanted ONE heizou who was new at the time (that happened to me)
6:39 ok so basically Genshin Impact, Find cool character you like, have to suffer actual hell to Maybe obtain them then get the thing you wanted or don't.
Then to have them be able to match the lazy world Level difficulty you had to waste more time getting their stats up.
its basically what you said with the inhumane touch.
Man april fools was 10 days ago
Potential name change for Genshin Impact: Is it okay to go pick up girls, boys and possibly gods in an Action Role-playing Open world RPG game?
Is that a danmachi reference?
@@princen632 yup

bro mentioning DEHYA as pyro Xinyan as if Xinyan isn't pyro
Xinyan is physical
3:04 I need a loop of Yea eating, she looks cute when she isn't pestering others.
I feel its more clutered with Stuff that looks cool than anything to explain her as a person.
like the ears just being ears tell me she wearing it a s a custome if she's supposed to be a furry somehow, she fails spetaculary since ears aren't enuogh were's the fur? body structure? mainly facial structure of said animal?
basically Her design seems just made for generic appeal than to tell an intersting story.
now everyone can stop asking where he is
Return of the king 👑
When you take a look on genshin, of course there are problems, legitimate problems such as dehya recently. But comparing genshin to other games you've played, highly likely you will say that genshin is pretty good. Either in terms of design, gameplay, or the grind.
But yeah everybody like to angry toward a sheet of white paper when it has a tiny black dot on it
so genshin isnt bad in comparison to another WORSE gacha? makes sense
Got a good cackle from that.
btw, they fixed dehya but the fixes went to honkai star rail and named fu xuan.
i am patiently waiting on your collei and nahida content
Welcome back dendro abyss mage. Good to see you back. Sorry for your loss and suffering from manipulative gacha practices. 😔🙏
I got so bored by Genshin I just started playing Breath of the Wild-
I think I'm under a Mandela Effect. I could have sworn Jay did a Terminator's "I'm back" at the beginning of the video
The No.1 Timmie hater finally made a video!
But damn, even if I knew what the game is, I still won't play it. Genshin will be the only last gacha game I've played.
I really missed your uploads man. Welcome back
Finish 'Todd Howards The Skyrim' already ty
Video good, very much enjoyed
This guys been burned so badly by that Digimon game he's lost all sense of self preservation and basically self justified himself in a loopie loop
The dendro mage finally appeared!!!
Also yeah other gacha games are WAYYY mote predatory than Genshin. Genshin atleast emotionally manipulates you with amazing story telling and visually appealing animations
Imagine if they locked character story quests for friendship 10 with the specific character. Not only would it increase the value of the character but also increase FOMO but the thing is they don't!
You can play genshin all day and every day yet still enjoy the exploration and the story telling :D
HE’sS BACK
So to put it shortly; You took a break from Genshin, play other games, ended up spending money because the game was rigged to make u spend money. Now you return to play genshin.....which is another game you also spend money on....😅😅😅😅😅. Welcome Back Tho 😅👍🏼.
watching this at time two makes it that much more cracked
Yea at times like these I’m grateful FGO was the first gacha game I started to play seriously
His hate towards Aether is pretty "fanatical". I meant that in funny way. I love both Aether and Lumine design but I stick with Aether for his dominant black color in his design (wish they gave him more armored parts like on his belly but well, we will never have that) Everyone has a right to hate any character they want for whatever they want and I don't care if that is towards character I like.
what makes genshin looks dumbs is because how they act like they dont need money anymore

This is a similar reply rebutting the idea that Genshin's monetization is commendable. And arguably the best in the "gacha" industry.
@@hijodelsoldeoriente Sounds pretty good I have some questions:
*You mentioned SS rank are they also avalable in the gatcha because it seems like you only get 4 stars in the gacha from what you are saying. Also what are the ranks in general e.g rank c - rank SSS.
*Can you get specific SS rank without pulling for specific S ranks
*If you lose the 70% rate is it guaranteed after like genshin or does it stay at 70%.
*Does the pity roll over.
*Can you get pulls without paying money and if so how much.
*How much do pulls cost, 60 pity doesnt mean much if its $5 per pull after all.
*What platforms is it on? mostly hoping for PC
