For the Helios example, if it was a superpower or attack that cost power and gwen moved hulk out of range, the attacker still loses the power and gains the action back?
Correct! The power cost is still spent but the attacker gets the action back. This is true for any superpower or attack that is shut down by Gwen’s Life Saver reactionary super power (or any other super power with a similar effect).

I definitely didn’t know about the no additional ricochet after dazing your initial target! I’ll be sure to watch out for that in my next games
It does trigger for Dazed models. It does not for KO'd models because you remove the model so you can't measure for Ricochet.
