I got mine yesterday, first I did firmware update and then unpluged my Nova 7x and connected Gen 2 max on my sereis X. It had idle static noise and when I started game, also it was keep dropping the sound for short time. It was not comfy as 7x, also feels really cheap, felt like plastic part gonna break pretty easy. It had kinda fuller sound but connection issue is not acceptable. I repacked for return after an hour of playing.@@GamerDadschannel
@@JiMmY-fm9xq dang that sucks. Ive had similar issues with turtle beach in the past but not with these. I guess i got a good pair. You cant go wrong with steel series
@@GamerDadschannel It was my first TB headset after xbox 360 era so it was a bummer. I’m now deciding between Audize maxwell vs TB stealth pro. Saw the reviews saying stealth pro came out really well for gaming over maxwell so giving TB another try.

@@gurjar1117 a short wouldnt be enough time to point out what i was saying. It takes as long as the short to power them on 😂 but honestly u wont be disapointed if u got the gen 2 max. They are amazing
So when you first get them do you have to update them? I have the stealth 700 first gen and I love them. No problem but I just got the white light to update them and I can’t download the firmware haha.

@@darksaga02 i would go with the novas and im only saying that because my mic did break from using it so much. If that didnt happen idk know. I really like both even with the small issues i have on the 700s
I dont think the corsairs are wireless on xbox. I like thw 9xs but they are outdated . I would say the stealth 700s gen 2 but mine broke recently. The mic stoped working. If u can get warranty id go with the stealth 700gen2s. I also have the arctis 7x and those so far are amazing. Havent broke. Only downside is they are too loud. Yes toooo loud the can hurt ur ears

Both good honestly. I have both but i will say the novas are a bit better for foot steps because they are much louder. Dangerously loud tho. I dont recommend max volume after the sound limiter is turned off on the novas 7x.
I just can’t bring myself to pay this much and not have better quality. Even nova 7 is trash compared to to Arctis line up like the 9x. Literally had More features and better sound. Gtfo. I’m in dire need but can’t pick one because they’re all bad. Novas are too loose and chintzy they feel like dollar store headphones 😢.

These headphones have major connectivity problems, especially with bluetooth devices. Buyers beware!
I bought Nova 7x last week and also ordered 700 Gen 2 MAX. Which one you like better? I'm sending one back. I'l use on ps5 and series x.
I like them both honestly but for reliability i have to go with the novas

You know people said transmitter give issue sometimes when you don't update it and if you plug it at the back of the console
It wasnt that huge of a deal for me. They didnt really disconnect in between gaming. My main issue was when i first turned them on.

Not really but it is recommended and u kinda have to in order to use the hub

I use it on console but i dont think it would matter since the problems are with the headset itself

Do You prefer Stelth 700 gen 2 max, corsair hs 75 xb or steelseries artics 9x, I play on Xbox

I think they look and feel cheap, I sold mine after three months
