Holy smokes! The way you explain things and how you demonstrate them is unsurpassed. Very few "painting tutorials" on all of TH-cam can (or does) that. This video is the type of tutorial that we beginners so desperately need to see, because this is what we can (and actually will) learn from. I've had a passion hidden away in my heart my entire life to learn to paint, and now at 54 years old, I've gonna finally give things a go. I have invested a few hundred dollars into the supplies, and so far, my attempts have all (expectedly) been a complete mess - (haha). However, in time, with the dedication, devotion, and desire to master the art of painting, I believe that it will turn out being quite grand - thanks to videos like this. With that said, "Thank you so very much" for taking your time to share your vault of knowledge and experience with us beginners on our painting journey. It's very much appreciated! Cheers,
Tried this painting out tonight. It turned out to be one of, if not the favorite painting I’ve done. Thank You for your videos.
Thank you! So glad to hear you enjoyed this one and painted it, I’d love to see it!

Hey dude. Not seen you post in a while and wanted to check in and make sure you’re ok. Take care 🖤
All is well, I normally don’t paint much through the holiday, will be back soon!
Why do you refer to the 1” brush as oval?
I have two 1inch brushes. One has an oval shape in the bristles so I call it my oval to distinguish it from the regular 1 inch brush.
