I really respect millennials & Gen Z for how they deal with employment they really know what it is...it's a job...something happens to u they'll replace u the next day like nothing...I worked a job for 14 years breaking my neck to be there overtime weekends etc. & when I needed to take my earned time off during the height of covid in 2020 I requested 2 weeks off & was denied... then they fired me a week later...but God was & is always in control because I've literally been living better ever since they let me go...started my own business moved to a better bigger place in a nicer area...haven't wanted or lacked ANYTHING!...I will never allow myself to put a job or anything else before my happiness or peace of mind ever again
