    Hi just wanted to leave a comment and thank you! I am a student pursing my masters in speech language pathology and have been using your videos for my one client who is working on accent modification. Your videos are amazing and so helpful during this time as our clinic has been closed and we are doing remote teaching. My client loves your videos and is reporting progress! Thank you so much!

    Thanks keenyn. I wanna tell you about a movement that I was a student of science and I wanted to become a scientist so I was compelled for learning other languages like french, German and Russian etc. But by mistake I was entered in your channel then I realized that American is first what I need to learn. Thank you for that video which changed my life, now I have learnt native American . And love you so much 😊😘😋 I will always remember that video. So so so I wanna tell you that "I have become a scientist before two months. And it is the result of your video.😘😊

    Thanks for another lesson! As for Tuesday (2:05 and after), I've always thought it should be /tjuz dei/, with a j after the t. Probably it's similar to tube, new, etc.

    • @ClearEnglishCorner
      @ClearEnglishCorner  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I definitely hear it that way in some parts of the world. It's more European sounding that way. In American English we tent to go straight from /t/ to /u/, same with "tube" and straight from /n/ to /u/ in "new as well. So interesting the small variations! :)

    The /t/ sound in Tuesday, in my opinion , sounds kind of like /tʃ/, the ch sound. So, I kind of pronounce it like /chewz.dei/ Is it wrong if I pronounce /tʃ/ instead of /t/? Will people still be able to understand me?

    • @ClearEnglishCorner
      @ClearEnglishCorner  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hmmmm... I can see how that /t/ and /u/ blend there to get a /tʃ/ effect but I cannot advise you to deliberately say "choose day" as that would definitely sound noticeably off... Hope this helps my friend!
