another Historic video my brother ....always love going t those mines in VC and that one along with the Con Virginia was one of the richest ..... the deepest mines were on the Mexican ode to the North going down 4000 feet ....can't imagine what they went through to do that and wonder what it looks like in there today ....keep'em coming my brother and can't wait to see what you smelt out of the mine dumps .....we smashed that like button ...SMASHED IT HARD !!!!!
@@Askjeffwilliams Thank you Jeff, I really appreciate your kind words. I borrowed some of your material from your video, “Why this location is the best place to find placer gold!” Thanks! By far that video is my favorite and I’ve watched it at least 8 times through. That should be on The Discovery Channel. I’m going to try to smelt this ore this week or next. Andre said the lower Chollar mine shafts connect to the Sutro Tunnel and the Combination Shaft, but they have been caved in. Wouldn’t it be something if we could go clear it out. He’s going to be doing some work inside there this winter. I’m hoping he’s going to allow me to help out. I’ll dig and keep on digging 🤣
@@ErnieDionne you betcha my brother and no worries ...we always love to see the mines of that area and know the Geology ... keep us posted on what you find in there....yep we saw that on the maps but ground is pretty soft ....that would be cool so make sure to film it if you do ...take care my brother and keep'em coming
