This was very nice. A lot of wisdom without being preachy or smarmy. I leave water on the counter in the sunlight every day and thank it before drinking.
Water + sunlight + bare feet on the grass = heaven to me.
Thank you and cheers to all! 🌱

@@Blackbird_Singing_in_the-Night Very true, although there is nothing wrong with thanking water or the sun as long as its not worship.
There are Marvelous Beings who are custodians of all nature and they should be thanked. But all Worship is fir the Almighty who Created them

Over much of the planet our riparian systems are in dreadful disorder. It would be so beneficial to restore all of our rivers and creeks to pristine condition by revegetating the banks with beautiful perennial vegetation and by never disposing of wastes into rivers or the sea. Because of human activity, many rivers are silted up badly, the deep holes filled with materials eroded from denuded banks. With effort, we could increase the carrying capacity of our waterways and allow them to contain multiple times more water. We can work together to make this lovely planet healthy once again, and this should be our top priority.

I drink filtered room temperature water to quench my thirst in summer and have my special hot green tea with fresh ginger and ten natural wild herbs, which mostly I pick myself from the mountain top in my hometown in Lebanon. I drink water only when I am thirsty, for I eat mostly fresh fruits and boiled vegetables. Feeling energetic, but lost a lot of weight. But no medicine for the past few years

Enjoyed listening and relaxing to your cool, calm, and soothing voice. Thanks!
Learned to respect fire and water as a child. We could neither disrespectfully play with fire nor disrespectfully play around bodies of water. We had to honor both. I AM guessing since Earth produced our sources of food from our crops and fruit and nut trees and we said grace before each meal and air was our source for breathing oxygen and we gave gratitude three times a week at church services for the air that we breathed, they were a given.
As children we could not turn our hindsides to the wood/coal heater or to bodies of water, whether it was a swimming pool, a creek, or other. It was considered disrespectful. We were taught both were live entities and had minds of their own. As such, we needed to respect both. If not they could destroy us in their displeasure, or they could miraculously save us when in danger.
I never questioned it as a child, just did as I was instructed. I passed this information on to my children and grandchildren.
My 2nd daughter was graduating from high school. She was preparing to go to a school function one early night. It was winter and the weather was very cold. She had planned to wear a flimsy floor length skirt and matching top. I advised her to wear a thermal set underneath, top and bottom. She did.
We lived in a huge old well built house. It had three levels. The middle level had a fireplace with an insert. It kept the whole middle and upstairs nice and cozy warm. We always closed off the basement.
I had to run a quick errand before she left for school. We had only the one car. When I returned, the firetruck and paramedics were parked in the parking lot next to our house with lights flashing. I ran into the house. There my daughter laid on the floor while the paramedic attended to her. The first thing she said to me as she sobbed loudly.
"Mama, I AM sorry. I turned my back to the fireplace!"
My youngest son was 12 and was there with her. He screamed to her, "Stop, drop, and role over!" He called 911 while he doused her with pots of water to put out the remaining sparks from her skirt. The flames left nearly nothing of that skirt but the waistband.
There was literally no way she could get that close to the fire for her skirt to catch on fire. It was not built like that. The fire lepted out. Had she not had on that thermal set she would have been badly burned. It was flame retardant. She did get a a very small burn on one side where the thermal top was not tucked inside the thermal bottom.
Needless to say, all of my children learned from that. I had all to learn to swim early and join swim teams until each was 18. I taught them to respect water.
Every time I hear of small children dying in house fires, it's mainly because they were playing with matches or lighters. Or adults not taking precautionary measures with handling fuels around open fires or grease at the stoves or not putting out cigarettes properly.
This video confirms my own take on water. I know its value and most definitely appreciate it. I know its worth for my well-being and the well-being of my family. Thanks for sharing!

It looks like it was written for centuries past when water was pure.
Times have changed, and we can’t ignore that.

I have never taken to water I have to be distracted by its flavor which in general is not tasteless
but chemical like recycled sewer water. There is nothing that makes you feel more hopeless than being without water, just the thought brings panic, I could not imagine the torment one would face dying from lack of water, a slow, miserable, helpless, and hopeless, scenario second to
none all caused because of a glass of water that is in overabundance everywhere but try doing without it..

    Good day teacher,
    water is an indestructible body, capable of changing form and function from and to a liquid, solid or gas state, is a universal solvent capable of taking on the shape of any container, is a major contributing factor making up the human body _(a dwelling made not by hands,)_ in an unbreakable relationship with the infinite field underlying the sub-quantum field, whether or not one is more or less if not most highly aware of this unbreakable relationship between things seen and things not seen;
John soaked people with the knowledge of this indestructible body within every human body capable through a process of maturing, to induce increased development of a transformation from a human form and function into a more or less radically if not most radically different form and function adapted to inhabit habitations more or less far if not farthest outside the perceptual range of humans 5 senses, vibrating at frequencies above and beyond any frequency detectable within the perceptual range of humans 5 senses, capable of developing like the kernel of a seed of an _evergreen tree._
    Highest regards,
    a student of the masters
