Supported Employment DSPs for People With Disabilities

Supported employment specialists or job coaches are Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who help people with disabilities find and maintain employment. Direct Support Professionals support people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible by teaching a range of skills, from daily routines to developing job skills.
