Paul, I made this tonight for supper and we really like it! I just found your TH-cam channel recently and wanting to try a lot of your recipes. I couldn't find Rice Wine Vinegar, went to four different grocery stores searching for it and came up with nothing so I just used rice vinegar.
Looks amazing! I like Chinese mustard on it. Also Hoisin Sauce is great in the dish
Just saw this video, putting sesame oil in the beginning will cook off the flavor. Need to put it last minute if you want the full aroma
