DAAAANGGG!!!! I need that griddle in my garage for my big ole family. Looks sooo good I'm buying the ingredients in the morning, thanks for the recipe.
First time seeing on of your videos and it was a bit chaotic. I love chaotic energy :) The cook times are quiet off. Let add all veggies and seasoning when there's still some pink in the meat. The meat is over cooked and under seasoned this way. Use a pan for the frozen dumplings. They take a total of 5 to 7mins from fully frozen to crispy that way. Place them in very very hot oil, just enough to cover the bottom of that pan. Then immediately add about quarter cup of water, and cover. After 3mins check every so often. Once all water is gone cut the heat and flip them if you want the side crispy as well.
Bean sprouts are readily available here. Although, at the time of the taping, I cant say what the cost was like. I know they're a bit pricier now, too.
I like the general direction of the recipe. However, I would add some lime juice and some Thai fish sauce to add more umnami. I would also add some chopped green onions to give it more color. A great use of ground pork which is $0.99/ lb in my area.
We use white vinegar in the cleaning of the griddle at my brothers restaurant. Don't know if he's saying it can hurt the food or the griddle, didn't understand what he was talking about in reference to vinegar.
I was just saying that if you leave vinegar on the griddle too long it can eat into the seasoning on a cast iron griddle. It will not hurt a stainless steel griddle top.
My only comment is your sequence is off a bit. You are way overcooking the meat. Get the veggies going to about 75% of the way, move it to a cool zone, cook up the meat, incorporate it all, then add any sauces. Pull it and enjoy.
I’m going to make this tonight, but I’m thinking of rolling this mixture into cabbage rolls and then drizzling yum yum sauce on top!
This looks great..... defiantly going to try this

Smells great! Yum!
That looks so delicious and man you are handling those tools like a pro! I should be so coordinated lolllll. 😅 Thank you for sharing.
Love watching you cook on the grill!
Yum!! That looks delicious! I'm not fond of the outside of egg roll, but I love the inside! Thank you so much for this recipe!!
You should add duck sauce and hot mustard on the side, that completes it. I make this a lot, it's a great low carb dish.
Excellent recipe. Looks absolutely delicious and tempting. Lovely presentation and preparation ❤️ thank you for sharing
are you on drugs, it is a nonsense :D

just curious why no one has bean sprouts in their recipes? Is this an ingredient not available in the US?

Just made it as we speak! 🔥🔥🔥 👌🏼👌🏼
I made it again tonight too! I hope you enjoyed it!

Looks n sound awesome. Except for the onions dont like cooked onions. Can be made w/o.

@@jeffsgriddlebbq ours is cast iron but we wipe it dry, it's the last step in the cleaning process. Thx!
How hot you running the grill?
I have the griddle on medium heat, between 350 and 400 ish.
😋
Do you have the measurements you used? Soy, sesame, hoisin, rice vinegar.
This is the recipe that I used, the measurments can be found at the bottom of the page. www.theseasonedmom.com/egg-roll-in-a-bowl/
@@jeffsgriddlebbq have you ever made it with oyster sauce added to the sauce mix?
Love your repurposed ketchup bottle
Got scallions?
That looks delicious; nice recipe with clear instructions. One question: Do you do take out? Thanks for sharing this recipe.

wow, I was thinking the same thing. Even the dumplings are over cooked
Looks good. But, egg rolls don't normally have onions. You do you.
Veg should have gone on first!!! They take longer to cook than the pork. IMHO
hahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaha
