This was not in my mind first. I wanted to try a cinematic video on Vice City, then I installed a camera mod to make custom camera angles and it worked on the cutscenes too! Finally ended up with making this video. Appreciate who did the mod. Link will be added soon. Still trying to create custom animations to bring a better videos for you.

The Green Limo is probably a bug that Rockstar doesn't care. The Green color is for giving the vehicle a random color in-game some of the vehicle can have pink color too for the secondary color
i dont really think they should care abt it cuz you cant even see the imperfection without the use of mods and it is just more load on the hardware cuz this was for 2003 PCs and PS2

The hardware limitation would not have let cutscene play simultaneously even if one of them would have been in a building few blocks awaya in those time
And the development can be seen today in an example of GTA5 in mission the wrap up last cutscene

Game actually spawns him. In his house irrespective of Michael and trevor being miles away from. Him

The marco's bistro room was always there in lliberty city, but MAYBE they did not wanted to create liberty city again in the Vice city world so they placed the room somewhere cannot be thought and acessed by the players.

Plot Twist: Sonny was too high to go and see Tommy for himself, but he finally managed to recover towards the end of the game.
Plus try the ones in GTA V, pure exposure.
I always felt that Sonny was waiting for Tommy to build an empire so he could take it over without getting his hands too dirty.
When i was kid i already knew that sonny cutscene stayed in ocean view, and the most funny about that, is that the yellow oceanic i thought it was from sonny 🤣
I loved this. I always knew the Liberty City portion was in the hotel but never seen it in this much clarity. Thanks for making this, and please make more! I find it interesting that there are sometimes animations when some characters are off camera, and how they blatantly move when off camera too. Esp during Cortez scenes... ❤

My explaination is that why do you need liberty city in a game called vice city they saw what happened when ghost town was put behind a tunnel everyone managed to find it and yes they could have putted marco's bistro high up in the air but the same thing happened with gta sa (liberty city) up in the air.
Rockstar only needed 2 scenes for Marco's Bistro and the rest was history
