My 21 year old son was here earlier and said he’s stressed bc he feels stretched thin and has some decisions to make. I told him that he knows what decisions to make. He’s actually a very impressive person. I’m not sure how bc his father and I are idiots. 🤣 Anyway, my advice was to sit and be quiet and just breathe for a short amount of time every day. I told him instead of letting his mind reel, he’d be calming himself so he can actually hear his inner voice. I could see the look knowing he doesn’t respect my advice. He loves me though so 🤷♀️ Anyway, I said or you could continue stressing and going over the same thoughts and losing sleep. 😊 His decision.

Love this video, lots of useful techniques I will definitely adopt & confirmation I am track with a few too. Wim Hoff says that 2 mins of cold shower at the end of a warm shower is sufficient to help boost your immune system, I find this a great compromise. Used to always make my bed, until I invested in an expensive one & was advised that to get the best from my new bed, I should fold back the covers to allow the bed to air as we lose a lot of liquid from our body in perspiration over night, which gets trapped in a 'made' bed rather than evaporating. I figure I am still making my bed, just in a different way by folding it back neatly each day. 😊

I find it difficult to set goals in the evening as I am usually tired and can't concentrate properly ,I have been setting goals in the morning for over ten years and it works fine for me.
This is actually a common problem, since every human brain is wired different... some people w/ high empathy skills concentrate better in groups. So just work with your brain and find ways to play to that strength: Go to a library. Sit in a coffee shop. Just find any place where people gather and chat quietly, and concentrate on your work there 👍🏼
Habits that will change your life: 1. Invest in self-care and don't be a victim in life. 2. Master the arts of letting go, walking away, and listening. 3. Have a backbone by taking control of your own life. 4. Taking acting classes. 5. Learn to talk to yourself. 6. Make your goals, mental goals. 7. Control your mind and emotions by working on them. 8. Take a cold shower? That’s crazy I would want to go back to bed to warm up. There is no reason for that I wake up fine with a nice hot shower.
