For 1 I think it depends: if that stress is necessary to take you where you need to go: ie, stress at school, your dream job, making sure your kid has everything he needs, etc. If the stress is unnecessary,or it can be changed for the better, like someone constantly getting on your nerves, or your house being a mess, it is best to get away from the situation when possible

My husband and I have been taking long walks after work in the evenings and exploring new areas. I love looking at all of the different houses and imagining what life is like for the people inside them. It has really helped my mental health.
